My official start weight for the month is 190 so my goal will be 180 (although secretly hoping for 179 because I'd really like to see the 170s)

I'm randomly up 2 lbs today, but I am going to leave my ticker where it is and hope it was just bloat.

I am going to make a 9 lb goal- its a lot for me but any weight lost is a loss, right?

Did NOT get a great start to the month. Drank 3 strong vodkas and a bottle (a big bottle) of beer last night and had myself a binge: two bags of chips, full-sugar soda, a handful of M&M's and a couple of slices of pizza.

ARRRGGGHHHH!

I'm up 2 lbs today. I know it's probably not all fat, but it still sucks. I'm doubling my workout today and going for a perfect day food-wise. Hopefully the scale will be kinder to me tomorrow.
