Hi Everyone!

The concert was a lot of fun! We saw Jerrod Niemann, Chris Young and Miranda Lambert. They put on a great show!

Well, either the antihistamine is working for me or the fact that I am no longer consuming the allergen (English muffins) is helping.

Calories for yesterday: 1540 +
Weigh In: 146.6
Down: 2.2 pounds

qtkitty~Yep, it was right on a cement driveway.

Diana~I'm glad you are feeling better! It sounds like a great concert. I like all of them.

My knee isn't as big of a mess this morning as I thought it would be. I had a lot of pain last night. I also have limited mobility in it but I'm having that with my other knee too. I think part of that may be that I didn't take my Prednisone until late (I caught up on much needed sleep) and my bad knee is having to bear most of my weight. It really isn't strong enough to do that but I don't have a choice. I plan on taking it very easy all weekend and see how I'm functioning on Monday.

I made some good food choices yesterday so I had a pound loss. I am right on schedule with my weight and I'm going to step down a point on my plan Monday.

I hope everyone has a great day! If you are having good weather, get out and enjoy it. If you are having not-so-good weather, have a fun movie day. LOL!!

Erin~ Eeeeeewwwwww @ cement drive way .... I hope your better knee you knocked gets better then it is now ... glad its not as bad as you were worried about though.

QtKitty It doesn't look like you did too bad. You ate less but counted full calories. If you count what you actually ate, then you did good.

I had a bounce up. I expected it since I ate so late last night.
