Thanks TransformingMyself! I am hoping that when the TOM of the month passes I'll be really down! I'm definitely going to keep pushing through even though my stomach and back hurt and I'm cranky as heck!!! I will not let that stop me from staying with my WW and going to the gym!!!
Got in another solid 35 minutes on the elliptical today. I keep feeling like I need to step up my workouts but this is only my second week of regular exercise and my legs just ARE NOT strong enough to go harder than they already are. I just gotta keep going!!
Kahokkuri - I sort of have the same situation going on as you, TOM isnt lasting for 2 weeks but started 2 weeks early. Just keep eating healthy and keep working out as hard as you can. When your TOM is over you're gonna see the scale go down, just don't stop working hard!! Our hard work will pay off, chin up!!!
