Well I've been up by a pound for the last few days... Moving in the wrong direction! I've been hitting the gym almost every day and eating well (yesterday I went over by about 400 calories) so I'm not sure what the deal is... just have to keep on keepin' on.

Ive been at 174 for a few days now kinda thought it would be lower but I haven't been pushing as hard as I could. Im gonna go for a walk in a few minutes and hopefully do the shred afterwards. Tomorrow is my offical WI so I hope its lower than 174!

I was down to 89.5kg, but my body (and my birth control, which has decided to give me my period and lots of bloating for two weeks) isn't cooperating and I'm back up to 90.2. I'm SO FRUSTRATED because I was down to 88.2 just a couple weeks ago!

Thanks TransformingMyself! I am hoping that when the TOM of the month passes I'll be really down! I'm definitely going to keep pushing through even though my stomach and back hurt and I'm cranky as heck!!! I will not let that stop me from staying with my WW and going to the gym!!!

Got in another solid 35 minutes on the elliptical today. I keep feeling like I need to step up my workouts but this is only my second week of regular exercise and my legs just ARE NOT strong enough to go harder than they already are. I just gotta keep going!!

Kahokkuri - I sort of have the same situation going on as you, TOM isnt lasting for 2 weeks but started 2 weeks early. Just keep eating healthy and keep working out as hard as you can. When your TOM is over you're gonna see the scale go down, just don't stop working hard!! Our hard work will pay off, chin up!!!

After forever it seems like im down to 172!!! 2 lbs away from the challenge goal weight! Craziness! I get officially weighed in tonight for TOPS so im sure ill be like 173-174 by then since ill Have eaten between now and then lol I thinking about setting another goal for myself and seeing if I can get down to 165 or lower by the 1st. I just need to keep working hard. I can do this!!

Alexistrophic I'm going slow and steady too! We'll get there!

I started at 140 exactly, and today am at 137.2. I'm going out of town with my husband's family this weekend and that should be challenging.

Well I haven't posted for a couple days. Been sick. But its the kind of sick where you can't work out but you still need to eat.
But somehow, quite luckily, my weight is down to 220 today. Not exactly what I would've hoped for halfway in, but I will take whatever weightloss I can get! If I could get down to 214.6 or so in the next couple weeks I will be very happy.
It would help if I could get better... *shakes fist* that means you, body.
