Yesterday and last night was rough for me! It was my cousins wedding and Well lets just say that had a lot of enticing foods! However I did settle for a small salad, steamed asparagus, 1/4 of a Yukon gold potato, and a small piece of chicken that I took the skin off of. I also had a 8 oz cup of light beer and 1 Morgan/diet coke. I stepped on the scale this morning and im up .6 to 175 not surprising lol my official WI is on Tuesday night so im fairly confident I can get that down again. I just need to work my butt off..literally!

I'm still at my starting weight of 128.4 so I don't know about making the 10 lb by October 1st either.

Well today started out AWFUL! After seeing my first increase on the scale + an early TOM causing INSANE emotions I cried for most of the morning and then took an "im-feeling-sorry-for-myself-nap" ..... but after I got up I felt a lot better.

I didn't initially plan on going to the gym today but I DID! And I'm so happy for it. I have to keep reminding myself that on the days I feel the worst it's more important than EVER to keep going and get my butt in the gym.

I did treadmill for the first time in a long time, hoping that in time I can build up some endurance for running for longer than a few minutes. I did 35 minutes in total, most of it was an intense power walk but I did manage to get in 9 minutes of running in that 35 minutes. I'll push for more next time. I dont want to hide behind the comfort of the elliptical for ever!

Then I did some weight training which I'm usually really self concious about but I did it anyway! 2 sets of bicep curls, 2 sets of incline chest press, 3 sets of lateral pulldowns. Working on my arms. I'll introduce some leg work outs too, just after killing my legs on the treadmill or ellip it seems impossible to do weights on my weak legs!

I'm just glad today didn't end up being a waste & I did many things at the gym I'm normally not comfortable doing! Dinner is going to be super healthy, cauliflower mash, broccoli and a small piece of white fish. Heres to the scale being down tomorrow! (I HOPE!).

Hope everyone elses' Sunday were nice relaxing and healthy successes!

Well just got done with the first part of my work out for the day. Walked a mile outside, 1.5 miles on the treadmill and I rode a mile on my bike. When I get home im gonna do the 30 day shred as well and hopefully do it all over again tomorrow!

Weighed in even HIGHER than yesterday

It has to be my TOM. I have not gone off points for a second and have worked out every single day. I know its not a true reflection of my weight but its so disappointing to see since every day last week I just kept going down and down!

Just going to keep doing my points and keep working out and hopefully in a few days time it'll be back where I want it to be ..... Maybe this is reason not to weigh in daily? I don't know if I can wait for once a week.

Hope everyone else has better mornings than me!

steinanwine, I know how you feel. Don't let it bring you down. I had TOM last week, and the scale didn't move and at times went up, then on my weigh in day, I was down 4 lbs! So don't let it discourage you. Keep focused and push forward!
