Down another LBS this morning from 179.4 to 178.4!!! I can't believe it! Going to make it another amazing day, count my points and hit the gym! Lets go guys & gals, we can do this!
Great job steinanwine!! Keep up the awesome work! I also weighed myself...down another 2 lbs to 175. I think Its Just a fluke though. Ill weigh myself later to see if I really believe it or not!
After a few neglectful days... (eating well but not working out on account of my new puppy) I am down 2lb!! Can't wait to start working out again to see even more results!
It's going so incredibly slow no way I am gonna make it, so a new goal:
SW: 140lbs
CW: 139lbs
GW: 132lbs
(that's exactly 60kg, and that be a nice weight to be at!)
I am so busy right now, with lots of social/work things in the evening that my excersise is hard to come by.
I was down to 127 but then Labor day weekend came. I didn't exercise and ate more than usual. Im sure it's just water weight so I'm fine with the one pound gain. It'll come off eventually.
Good job everyone on the losses! I am confidant we are going to make our goals!
Got in another good elliptical work out at the gym, 35 minutes and only consumed 13 points so far! I can't wait to check the scale tomorrow, fingers crossed for another decrease!

Thank you steinanwine! I did go for a short bike ride and also a walk today. I still need to do my 30 day shred tonight too. I think I've only eaten about 600 calories today though...not good but I really don't wanna eat at 8:45 at night either lol keep up the hard work everyone!!!
Fightingsiouxforever - I did calorie counting for a while but it really made me prone to really under eating, like way too few calories like in your case today. I would get so emotional and cranky, I started driving like a crazy person (almost hit like 3 pedestrians 1 night!) and just had no energy so be careful!!! I understand not wanting to eat anymore tonight and if you have energy for your shed workout - go for it! Just be careful! It wasn't a lasting plan for me, WW works better for me, I still eat a lot less and I don't feel like a totally crazed zombie at the end of the day!
(Not trying to be preachy and telling you should do WW instead by the way, I just remember those days when I only ate like 800 calories and I just felt SO horrible!)

Yesterday I was down to 136.2, but I am up to 137.6 today thanks to a salty dinner last night! I do weigh myself most mornings, but I try not to get bent out of shape over fluctuations.
I was right. The scale said 135.4 this morning. Still up 3 lbs from the beginning of July, but we're moving in the right direction.
