I heard a really sweet saying yesterday that I wanted to share...

Loving the imperfections in others, makes us love the imperfecions in ourselves.

Ok TEAM 3 here are my VOTEs for our team name... Shape Shifters, Bringin Sexy Back, or Zucchini Bikini! Let me know if any of you want one of those names, or any other.

So I think my TOM cravings are finally over! Yay.
I have wanted a lettuce wrap though, sounds yummy, so I've been thinking of a few ideas, I can use either lettuce or cabbage for the wrap and these are my ideas for the insides: Kashi Rice & teriyaki sauce, or hot sauce depending on the rice flavor. Avocado, mango, sprouts & pepper... or maybe something with baked chickpeas.

Anyone have any healthy low cal lettuce wrap filling ideas?

Haleygirl-I love the Broccoli Florets! Alright,Jasmine, Kierr and Heather...we need your input!

Jill-your lunch sounds great! Let me know how it turned out. Right now I'm on a baked potato with beans on top kick. I mix taco seasoning in with the beans and it's pretty good.

Well, I FINALLY worked out today! I walked on the treadmill and even ran a little. Only about 7 minutes, but it was still exciting.

Heather-Seitan's Sweeties is a great idea....let's see what our other team members think.

I did 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing today, I have to do 2 more days of exercise before sunday or i have to do i think it was 100 jumping jacks for missing exercise commitment.

Welll today was a challenge...I'm taking a kickboxing class for school and my teacher made us do 100 burpees!!!( they are craazy) I never knew what they were until today~ its a jump into a squat thrust pushup and back up to a jump!! they hurt.. i didnt think i was going to make it through but somehow i did Anywayyssss Team 3 I think i love the Zucchini bikini babes very cute! So count me in.
Jillnicole: its TOM for me too and its soo funny the things you concoct when ur a vegan having cravings....today i took vanilla coconut milk yogurt and i made it into chocolate with some veg. choc. syrup and some cereal i felt like i had a sundae of some sort..Delicious!

Have a wonderful day!!

Wink

I know it's not officially weigh in day, but I had to share. I just broke out of the 190's and into the 180's. Stepped on the scale today to a 188.4!!I'm sorry, that's really exciting for me! I've almost broken past my adolescent weight. I'm almost at my lowest weight ever since middle school (scary)!

Anyways, as far as team names, I'm still keen on the Shape Shifters, but Zucchini Bikini Babes is a bit more fun. Can I vote for both?

Jillnicole, you're making that lettuce wrap sound good. D: Now I'm craving one! I tried one for the first time at Whole Foods & it was mouth watering deliciousness.

Haven't had any time to workout yet today, as I've been sleeping in till noon. Going to sleep at 3AM doesn't help, but I've also been feeling extremely tired (maybe because I'm sick?). Also, it's me & my sweetie's anniversary today! Too sick to do anything special, so we're just spending the day together and relaxing.

Heather-Love Seitan's Sweeties! It gets my vote!

Urthwurm-Congratulations!!!! You must be so excited! Have a great anniversary!

I'm jealous of Chickpea and Haleygirl for getting to do kickboxing (but not jealous of the burpees!) I would love to take a kickboxing class.

TEAM 2!!!! (aka Twish, Joyra, JackieRN, IrisWhispers, Justhave2Try, and LentilBEan)

Can we agree on a name by Friday? The two suggestions so far are Steam Team and Veggie Vixens.

I am following my plan so far (sort of, minus 80 calories of unplanned carbs, even though I'm not usually a counter). My plan this week is to eliminate any unhealthy snacking = higher carb and to stick to wholesome, organic meals. God bless Amy and her frozen goods. She has come to my rescue twice this week! I am also trying to eat something in the morning ( I don't tend to get hungry until about 2 pm, so I have to remind myself to eat something earlier. Hopefully it will become a habit!)

What are your favourite snacks to stave off cravings? I usually keep pre-portioned baggies of almonds on hand, but I could use ideas for things that I can keep in my purse.
