I love my new scale! It says I'm 211. I'm not sure that's possible, especially with me being so close to TOM, but I'll take it!

Heather-I hope everything is going ok with your sister. Sending good thoughts her way and yours.

Erin-where are you going? How exciting to go on an unexpected trip!

Iris-I get the same way during my period. I'm exhausted and weepy. I hate it.

Jasmine-nice job on maintaining!

rdw1-how's Chicago? I would love to go there someday!

Jill-are you settling in ok? Happy to be home?

UrthWurm-I've got the beanballs on my list of things to make. I haven't made anything in that book that wasn't delicious!

Anyway, my wedding anniversary is on Sunday and we're making a nice dinner at home. I figure I'll have more control over calories than if we go out, but it still won't be low-cal! We're making Seitan Chimichurris and some sort of tofu satay out of the Candle Cafe cookbook. My husband is in charge of dessert, so who knows what he'll come up with!

My computer is down so I am posting from the library. I am stressed about not being able to track my calories properly on spark. The good news is I am down to 240.0 as of this morning. Imagine lots of happy dancing going on here. I will be able to post again on Tuesday from the library again. Good luck everyone.

Hey Team

My weigh in this week is 221!!!

I don't know about you guys, but I know for me I always feel like the scale at the doctor's office always "adds" a pound or two compared to the scale at home! But yesterday i went to the doc's office and THEY MATCHED!!! I am officially 10 lbs lighter from my starting weight! Which was my mini goal for the month!! I hope I can make my St.Patty's day goal of 219!!!

tomorrow is my 5k yaaay! yesterday i ran 2.55 miles and at 2 im leaving for a run...tomorrow should be fun! i got my stitches out on wednesday and i don't have cancer my doc said so yaaay!

I've been weighing in at 188-189 for almost two weeks! So imagine my surprise when I stepped on the scale today to a 184!!!! I'm a pound shy of my birthday goal, but I don't seriously think I'll lose that in a day (especially since I'm going to pizza tonight to celebrate said Birthday). Anyways, wish me luck-- Juliano's is truly the best pizza establishment EVER, and a little too hard to resist! I will indulge wisely.

132.5!!!! I like the scale number, but the pants-o-meter shows no change yet. my skinny pants still mock me.

I will be going out of town Tues., so I'll weigh early on monday if that's okay. I hope I'm still the same weight by then, weekends are always so tough! This is good incentive for me to stick w/ plan this weekend. =)

Today I'm 156.2.

I think I was that last week too. Ugh. BUT I have so much activity planned this weekend--swimming, ice skating, bowling, Wii Sports, DDR, stair climbing, strength training. I'll be so buff Monday morning.

I didn't know about this until just now, so I'm sure it's too late for me to be on a team (let me know if it's not), but I'd love to weigh in with you guys! I'm a vegan that has 10 pounds to lose. I didn't weigh in today, but my last weight was 144.6. I'll weigh in next Friday to see if I lost. Good to be here!
