Haley-congrats on the good news! Good luck on your run tomorrow!

Great job on losing and maintenance, girls.

If you feel like having a good cry (a happy cry) watch "Christian, the Lion" on youtube. They showed it on Oprah today and I bawled. It was so sweet.

Hey everyone,

I'd like to join a team when you have the next challenge! I currently weigh 169 lbs, and my next goal is 160. I'm going to Japan for two weeks on Monday, so hopefully that will help me lose a bit of weight since I won't be able to binge eat. I'm a vegan, and I started WW recently but don't know if I'll continue. I feel a bit silly paying $12 a week to get weighed... the meetings are so short! I guess I should invest in buying a scale.

Anyway, it's nice to meet you all! Good luck!

Glad to have you both, we weigh in every Friday.. our challenge is over St.Pattys day (Tuesday the 17th) and they we might go back to individuals and be one big team, or do new teams. We'd love to have you!

Great! And I love the idea of one big team, so we can support each other and root each other on.

Busy weekend, no time to post! Down a pound to 175. Better than nothing, I'll take it.

haley - Good job on finishing and running the whole race!

My training run yesterday was 7 miles. I think I'll do some extra stretching today.

Welcome Peatrix & Coffee drinker!! It's good to have you.

So, surprisingly I reached my birthday mini-goal yesterday! I actually weighed 183lbs, which is exciting. I can now officially wear pants that I haven't fit into for 5 or 6 years-- scary!! My next mini goal will be to lose 4lbs by April fools, which gives me 2.5 weeks to get down to a joyful weight of 179.

Anyways, while I have been (surprisingly) losing weight, I haven't been doing much besides just eating better. The workout has been here and there and hardly anywhere in my daily life. Well this morning (thanks to a well won game of pool) both me and my gf got up, got our butts in gear, and hammered it out to Jillian Michaels 30DS. & I gotta say, I am so happy I did! I tried it before and quit prematurely. Now I intend to see it through. I was happily able to complete the whole video without making excuses or stopping, and have none of the jelly-leg syndrome which was present before. I feel stronger and more up to the challenge & I can't wait to tackle it one day at a time!

congrats urthwurm! and welcome to peatrixpotter and coffeedrinker!

I weighed in this morning because I'll be out of town for the week and am missing the final weigh-in tomorrow - but I was still 132.5!!!

I probably won't be able to check in while I'm away, but I'll be back next week and I'm definitely up for continuing the veggie challenge! Good luck to all. =)

Todays weigh in was 239. I had to much sodium yesterday and it shows. I was 237.7. I must drink more water today. Our road finally dried up a bit so I've been able to take the kids out wogging. We did nearly a mile yesterday. We had to walk in a few spots due to some leftover ice. I wish it would melt already....

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I'm up a pound to 212. I don't know it that's due to Sunday's food fest or pms.
