On the junk food vegan theme I just had AWESOME nachos for dinner. I used this http://shmooedfood.blogspot.com/2006...heese-dip.html for the cheese (omitted pimento and added cayenne pepper). Soooo goood.

Thank you so much for your thoughts. It means a lot. I'm feeling a bit better and ready to get back into my routine.

So, I weighed in this morning and I lost 4 lbs! Very excited about that. That puts me at 210. I haven't worked out since last Saturday, so I've got an errand to run later and then I'm going to walk a trail near my house that's about 4 miles. Today's the last nice day before the snow starts flying, so I need to take advantage of it.

I weighed in at 159 today. I'm finally able to wear some pants I ordered this summer, LOL.

I'm sorry for your loss, Darby. I think it is harder when it is unexpected.

Darby: Im soo sorry about your loss

It is that TOM for me rite now but my scale said 146.5 this morning

I've been exercising like never before....I am determined to do atleast 45 mins. a day....and btw I had the worst cramps yest. but my cousin pushed me to do a spin class and it helped alot w/ the cramps.

Hope all is well and have a great weekend
P.S. If anyone wants to get a sinful but guiltfree book that satisfies cupcake cravings I highly recommend "Vegan Cupcakes take over the World" by Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero....Unbelievable!
I made the basic chocolate cupcakes w/ fudgy frosting ( was craving Chocolate badd) and there gone...my brother had no idea they were vegan!
