I really like the steel cut ones better. If they are not over cooked then they are usually chewier and the smell when they are cooking is heavenly! Try to soak them overnight (according to directions) and then in the morning add some cut up apple, raisins, cinnamon and Splenda, cook for 10 minutes. It's wonderful!
Tonight my husband and I walked for about 45 minutes outside. it was so nice! I have little blisters now and a couple new bug bites but it made me feel healthy!

It is just going to take time before I can use the elliptical with confidence I think.
