If you go into User CP (at the top of the page) and edit your signature, there's a link to do it. You don't have to download a thing

I love sprouts, broccoli, cougettes, cabbage, cauli, swede and most veggies to be honest, gotta have some malt vinegar on the greens though... makes the flavour come through rather yummy...

Mmmmm, I love all sorts of veggies, but my all time faves are raw or roasted red, yellow and orange peppers (don't like the green ones so much), courgettes, carrots, broccoli, kale and spinach. Yum yum...my mouth's watering at the very thought!

Hi all

Well I've gone back to counting calories this week, as my healthy eating regime wasn't losing me any weight, I wasn't gaining (until last week's hubby's birthday - lame excuse to pig out all week! ) but nothing was happening and counting cals is the one & only successful method for me.

I have now discovered that my home made muesli was costing me over 400 cals and my nuts snacking was at least that as well - so that the best part of 1000 cals before lunch time - no wonder I wasn't losing

So my tracker's been reset, my motivation is firmly in place & I'm raring to go - so fingers crossed it's going to work this time

I have'nt posted for a couple of weeks. Been having a lot of trouble changing over to wanadoo wireless and talk (name and shame).
I lost 3 1/2 lbs the week I thought of Nana everytime I wanted to eat, and 1/2 lb last week (could,nt keep it up for ever). Conrats to the graduates, and everybody who has had a good weight loss. It,s too late to name one at a time. I am dying of hunger today, and am never one of those people who ever think, "It's too hot to eat".
I am posting this and then going outside for my first sunbathe of the year yipee.
