Curves for me today but no walk with Pen and Lew this evening as it's been a torrential downpour since four p.m. and what with the tornado warnings that were flashing up on the telly for a fwe hours, I was rather scared to go outside in case I got blown away. Mind you I dug into some choc biccies today, bad, bad woman that I am, so I prob wouldn't have blown too far....

that was it Cathy.definitely nerves, I mean if a tornado had ripped us all away or come through this area, and those choccy biccies had flown through the air, could I have forgiven myself for not having eaten them?
Am being an absolute angel today and have been to CUrve although nearly all the ay round on the third circuit I felt so completely knackered I didn't think I would make it to finish, but I did and I'm proud of myslef. WOrk was very hectic today and my little 'un for the week wore me out by eleven this morning, thank goodness he fell asleep at one this afternoon.right in the middle of the floor while I was tryingto change his bum...peace, blissful peace....ahhhhhhh.
Could do with a nice little nap now, but won't, am going to do some hoovering and tidying up and even some lovely laundry..why is it never ending and then cook a scrummy dinner....have a great evening all.

Chris you're a but you're right it would have been terrible if those biccies had gone to waste

Had to go out in the elements today to insure my car..very nasty out so i only did 2mls today..poor excuse i know

Well done Cathy, I have done the rounds at work with mini mike tyson again today...and still went to curves straight after and gave myself a good work out, my back muscles are screaming right now....must try and undo all my badness from last week....
Have a great halloween everyone tomorrow night and don't eat any of your kid's candies.........it's very bad for your teeth, let alone the waist line

No exercise for me yesterday although I did run up and down the stairs at work a few times so I didn't just sit on my butt all day

I missed yesterday too Carol..i was beat got plenty of exercise on the conveyor belt and the was a no show at work i was looking forward to seeing her
