I did my 3mls and 2 tonight.

2.5mls today

walked 1.5 miles today at lunchtime and splashed around the pool with Sean tonight

Good job Carol i did another 2.5mls while i watched Emmerdale did'nt tape Corrie i'm saving that for Sunday mornings

I can't exercise tonight there is hornet on the bedroom door and i hate wasps..hornets etc the Raid is in the bedroom so i can't get at it and hubby is'nt home yet looks like i'll have to relax instead

YES..i walked 3mls yesterday and 2mls tonight

Walked another 2mls last night skipping tonight because the door handle screwed up and i could'nt get in the house tonight so i had to find hubby to break the door down so i'm *issed off about that and i'm going to go to bed to watch TV

Walked 3mls on Saturday to make up a bit for missing Friday
