Thanks for the support lol and AlmostMe .

Are you enjoying the gym, lol? Hopefully two sessions in a week will certainly help you lose!

Well done AlmostMe...how much is your 15th April bet for?! Sounds like just the sort of motivation that would spur me on too!

Congrats Leaves...bet that pear tasted fab!

Definitely did! I'm now anxiously awaiting last semester's results to be posted online. No idea what time they're meant to go up

How is everyone doing?

The bet is with my brother. We never agreed a forfeit. I don't even know if he's still going with it...so my prize is to be able to say "Ha Ha! I did it!!!" Nothing better.

Hello everyone, I might be a bit late joining but I've been on 3fc for about a month and have only just noticed this thread - aren't I observant! Can I join you? I'm 22, and have always struggled with my weight. I'm currently on my 5th day of being back on plan after 2 weeks AWOL with a bad back and complete lack of will power. I'm calorie counting and trying to exercise 3 times a week, but am doing 30DS so am hoping to keep it up every day! (I missed last night due to last physio on my back but fully intend to attempt it twice tonight to make up for it - brave!) My "official" weigh in is on Monday and I'm hoping to have undone some of the damage from my time AWOL!

Well done lol! 3lbs down is fab news!

AlmostMe - that's exactly the sort of bet I'd have with my brother, and the satisfaction of showing him I could do it would be the best reward!

Leaves - have you had your results yet?

Purplekitten7 - how are you getting on with 30DS? Takingcontrol (who seems to have disappeared ) was swearing by it and it's on my list to give it a go. Good luck for tomorrow!

Hope everyone had a fab weekend - I unfortunately went over my My Fitness Pal limit today, yesterday and Friday due to family celebrations, but real life will always have good days and bad days, and it's all about how a healthy lifestyle fits into the majority of your week...

Cofa Tree: Yes I did, good results all round! I would have liked slightly higher marks, but with uni work, anywhere between 60-69 is a 2:1 so it doesn't matter about the numbers in the end

Need to get back on track today, my parents surprised me and my boyfriend with a visit yesterday and took us to pizza hut for dinner, goodness knows how many calories that was

Leaves - thanks! I weighed myself this morning and....225 so I'm down another 3lbs = YAY

Cofa tree - I love 30DS, I didn't manage to do it over the weekend because, well I don't really have an excuse I guess I was just a bit lazy! But I really miss it, I need Jillian in my life! haha.

I had a bit of a naughty weekend all round really, did some exercise and counted my calories but they were higher than normal and cooked my fella a big breakfast yesterday - thought I managed to restrict myself to the slice of bacon and my healthier omelette like I planned so yay for willpower, and I worked it into my calories so I think it went quite well really. It's nice to know I can enjoy "real life" a bit and not go overboard and eat EVERYTHING!

I keep getting sick, so keep disappearing..... Back again, sigh!

I've never had so many bouts of cold/flu/fever in my life! Don't think being healthy is good for me!

I'm back on eating well, but not upping my exercise beyond cycling to work and around and walking here and there until I feel perfectly well again.

It's so frustrating, becuase I love exercising, but in the heat/humidity here seems to be too much for me!

So, another few days off and then I'll do a little and see how I go!

Back with personals tomorrow

Keep doing great everyone!

Hi takingcontrol...hope you can stay healthy through all these illnesses! I was wondering if you were still suffering.

Well done Leaves! You must be pleased with yourself.

Purplekitten7 - 3lbs down is fab! And yes, I think you have to allow yourself to be flexible cos life won't always support a diet!

Lolloveschocolate - swimming and gym...very active! Hope the curry was indeed yum!

So it's pancake day today, and I'm babysitting my nephew and my fella is staying with me so pancakes are definitely happening. I've planned some "healthy" options, I think. But to be honest I'm not sure. So I wanted to run it past you guys to see if you have any opinions or suggestions.
I was thinking a bit of Greek yoghurt and some blueberries and/banana?

It's pancake day?? I always miss this, being American. But my son comes back from school the next day and says "Mummy, why didn't we have pancakes?" Thanks for the reminder.

No problem AlmostMe, I would be in serious trouble if I forgot! He informed me at the weekend that he wanted pancakes for breakfast lunch and dinner! Nice try kiddo!
