Crunch pip. I tried the 5:2 diet but have found it difficult when at home. All the time at work or busy it's doable but I tend to lose it when I get home. I really would like to have a serious crack at it though.

lol That's half the day gone and I didn't even know I was fasting!
- I've been ill with a kidney infection and knew my diet had slipped but I'm still upset. I'll be getting back on the bandwagon now that I'm almost fighting fit again! I'm not doing a particular diet, just calorie counting and increasing my exercise. x
