Welcome back Sarah... we missed you...don't worry about being heavier, I'm right there with you love! I moved back to AZ from NJ and some fat that was hanging out around here, attached itself to me again.
Please become a regular poster again, I'm pretty bad myself, but promise to sign in more and natter.
There's still some oldies (but goodies) posting here as you can see, and we have some fab not quite newbies, cos they've been here a while, and they're all doing super
Hi Chris - it must be something to do with moving because each time I move house I gain a 'few' pounds as well. We've moved twice in the last few years but only locally - I'm even nearer to the Moors that I was before, I just open a gate in my back garden now!
George is no longer an Only Dog. He got very fat and very lazy - so we bought him a puppy to keep him occupied and active. We did some asking around and found that George's Dad had sired a litter of pups with another black labrador and they still had one little boy left. He's called Fred. Fred is just over a year old, he's a complete tearaway and torments the **** out of George. George has since lost 10kg which is quite an achievement when you're only 56 kg to start off with. He's got just 3kg to go before he reaches his target weight.
I've been reading some of the other posts and yes, there are lots of new nice people. (Everyone seems to be very active nowadays which wasn't the way it normally was 4 years ago!)

Just joined and wanted to say hello! I've read posts on this site for a little while now, often finding threads in searches I've done on t'net on weight loss and exercise.
I'm 36, live in London, and as you can see from my siggy, have a lot to lose! I think I've made a good start though, I've been following GI eating for a couple of months now and go to the gym every other day.
Hello from an ex-Londoner now living in Yorkshire.
I'm glad you decided to join in, its amazing how friendly, supportive and helpful the people here are. I'm GI-ing it as well - how are you finding it? Some of the food swaps are strange but it seems to be working.
Hi there (excuse any typos- forgotten my glasses). Another Lady here!
Whereabouts are you living? I am in West London. I have recently rejoined Slimming World (went thru a skint patch) and around the 14st 6.5 at the monment so quite a few stones to lose!
