I will officially start this thread tomorow morning, My husband got a promotion and we will be celebrating with steak and such today, Hope you all have an awsome weekend, and WAY TO GOAL ON THE 1 Pound loss last night
I didn't do well today. Two of my friends and I went shopping and out to eat. I did not make wise choices!
Breakfast : none, go up late...not good!
Lunch: Mexican food????? can't resist...
Dinner: Hubby wanted fried chicken and guess what, that's what I ate , too. But I didn't have anything but a breast... but FRIED!
Tomorrow I will have to get back on a strict program.
Congratulations on your Hubby's promotion. That is always cause to celebrate. Tomorrow we will start anew!!! How did you do last night?
Boy has it been a busy week end. I didn't post yesterday so here is for Saturday.
Breakfast: 1 slice toast 40, 1 tblsp. margarine 45, 1 tblsp. s/f preserves. Coffee and Green Tea.
Lunch: Soup free vegetables 20, 5 crackers 70, 1 1/2 0z chicken 80, water.
Dinner: Chicken fried steak with 2 tblsp gravy 350, asparagus 25, hash brown potatoes, cooked in skillet sprayed with pam 70.
Breakfast: NONE!!! WRONG!!!
Lunch: McDonalds Chicken flatbread??? Didn't eat all the flatbread, maybe 1/2. Water
Dinner: 3 oz. Chicken, 2 cups veggies (squash, zuchinni, g. peppers, onions, carrots, garlic, sauted in 1 tsp olive oil and a little water. Fruit cup...
75 oz water.
My chapter has worked in costumes for SRD. Have to brag, we won first place for state last year. We are also hosting ARD and have installation of officers coming up...SO, we are busy,busy, busy.
I am going ahead and post my daughters induction too it is her 3rd day and she is down 3 pounds and very excited!!!!
MARISSA'S MENU
breakfast- 2 eggs and 2 pieces beef sausage
lunch-
tuna salad on 2 slices low carb bread and a diet sprite 12 carbs
the snack is in her lunch so it looks like she is eating peanut butter cups I take them out of the package so no one knows they are low carb but her
snack- atkins peanut butter cups 2 carbs
supper- same as me 5 carbs
snack- beef sticks, sf jello 0 carbs
for a total of 19 carbs
it is harder to fix her lunches since she started this, she gets alot of carbs in that meal so I have to watch them the rest of the day, she is very upbeat and loves that the kids at lunch have no idea she is even on a diet
