Well Mickey, Hope you are with me ;) And anyone else is more that free to join in with us!!! :grouphug:


I will officially start this thread tomorow morning, My husband got a promotion and we will be celebrating with steak and such today, Hope you all have an awsome weekend, and WAY TO GOAL ON THE 1 Pound loss last night :D:D

:o I didn't do well today. Two of my friends and I went shopping and out to eat. I did not make wise choices!
Breakfast : none, go up late...not good!
Lunch: Mexican food????? can't resist...
Dinner: Hubby wanted fried chicken and guess what, that's what I ate , too. But I didn't have anything but a breast... but FRIED!

Tomorrow I will have to get back on a strict program.

Congratulations on your Hubby's promotion. That is always cause to celebrate. Tomorrow we will start anew!!! How did you do last night?

Well it was my first low carb day LOL Here was the food intake ;)


Breakfast- 1 side of eggs at Mcdonalds 0 carbs

Lunch- 3 beefsticks :lol: 0 carbs

snack- 1/4 of a atkins candy bar 1 carb

supper- 2 lean beef patties with cheese and a salad with cheese and italian dressing 6 carbs

low carb drink 1 carb

1 cup strawberries 7.8 carbs around 16 carbs total :D and I got in fruit :D

Another low carb day ;)


Breakfast- 1 egg and 2 slices sizzlean 0carbs

lunch-
beef roast- 0 carbs
greenbeans 1/4 cup 2 carbs

snack- 1 slice of cheese and 4 oz 2%milk 6 carbs
1/2 cup strawberries 3.6 carbs
2 pieces low carb candy 1.2 carbs

supper-
3 oz beef roast
and spinach- 2 carbs

snack- 1/2 cup strawberries 3.6 carbs
1 beefstick
1 pickle and 5 olives :lol: 2 carbs

for a total of 20.4 :D:D

:tired: Boy has it been a busy week end. I didn't post yesterday so here is for Saturday.
Breakfast: 1 slice toast 40, 1 tblsp. margarine 45, 1 tblsp. s/f preserves. Coffee and Green Tea.
Lunch: Soup free vegetables 20, 5 crackers 70, 1 1/2 0z chicken 80, water.
Dinner: Chicken fried steak with 2 tblsp gravy 350, asparagus 25, hash brown potatoes, cooked in skillet sprayed with pam 70.

Sunday:
Breakfast: Toast 40, PN Butter 100 coffee, tea
Lunch: 2 egg beaters 70, 2 slices sausage ?, 2 tblsp gravy 50, 1 dinner roll 110. Water, water, water!
Dinner: Oatmeal 150, fruit 60, coffee.

Too many starch's today. Must watch out tomorrow and rest of the week.
But I have had over the 64 oz. of water.:cb:

Well it is Jasons day off tomorow so i will post now to be sure to get it done ;)

low carb day 3

Breakfast- 1 egg and 2 slices sizzlean 0 carbs

snack- 1 atkins candy 2 carb

lunch- chicken breast
vegetable juice 1/2 cup 3.50 carbs
salad 4 carbs

snack- 1/2 cup of strawberries 3.6 carbs

supper- baked chicken
green salad 4 carbs

snack- 1/2 cup strawberries 3.6 carbs

will hit 20.7 carbs by the end of the day ;)


I am making sure to get in low carb fruits and veggies to ensure that I am getting enough vitamins and minerals :D

Low carb day #4


Breakfast-- 2 eggs and sizzlean 0 carbs

lunch- 1 slice beef bologna and 1 slice cheese and 1 slice low carb bread 5 carbs

snack- 1 atkins peanut butter cups 2 carb

supper- white meat turkey and a serving of peas 4 carbs

snack- sf jello

another atkins peanut butter bar cup or low carb frozen dessert 2 carbs


about 13 carbs ;)

:yes: It has been another busy day. But I have been OP for the most part.

Breakfast: 2 slices toast 80, 1 tblsp PN Butter 100, 1 tblsp sf strawberry preserves, coffee, green tea, water.

Lunch: 2 oz lean beef 110, 1 cup veggies 50, I can't believe it's not butter spray 0, roll 100, fruit cup 60. Water, water.

Dinner: 3 oz. chicken 165, 1 cup veggies (different from lunch) 50, olive oil 40, 5 crackers 70, frozen fruit cup 60, water.

66 oz. total for the day.

Boy, I'm tired!

Breakfast: NONE!!! WRONG!!!
Lunch: McDonalds Chicken flatbread??? Didn't eat all the flatbread, maybe 1/2. Water
Dinner: 3 oz. Chicken, 2 cups veggies (squash, zuchinni, g. peppers, onions, carrots, garlic, sauted in 1 tsp olive oil and a little water. Fruit cup...

75 oz water.

:cb: My chapter has worked in costumes for SRD. Have to brag, we won first place for state last year. We are also hosting ARD and have installation of officers coming up...SO, we are busy,busy, busy.

Todays plan! 5th day of induction!!!! and holding strong ;)

Breakfast- 1 egg and a piece of beef sausage 0carbs

Lunch- tuna salad on one slice low carb bread 6 carbs
cauliflower suprise ;) 4 carbs

supper- homeade tacos ( no shells) :lol: found a no carb taco seasoning :D so with lettuce and salsa only 5 carbs!!!!!!

snacks- sf jello, chicken breast, peanuts 3 carbs

for a total of 18 carbs ;)

I am going ahead and post my daughters induction too it is her 3rd day and she is down 3 pounds and very excited!!!!

MARISSA'S MENU

breakfast- 2 eggs and 2 pieces beef sausage

lunch-
tuna salad on 2 slices low carb bread and a diet sprite 12 carbs
the snack is in her lunch so it looks like she is eating peanut butter cups :) I take them out of the package so no one knows they are low carb but her ;)
snack- atkins peanut butter cups 2 carbs

supper- same as me 5 carbs

snack- beef sticks, sf jello 0 carbs

for a total of 19 carbs :D

it is harder to fix her lunches since she started this, she gets alot of carbs in that meal so I have to watch them the rest of the day, she is very upbeat and loves that the kids at lunch have no idea she is even on a diet ;)

Wednesday
Breakfast: oatmeal 150, 1/2 cup milk 45, splenda, fruit 60.

Lunch: WW frozen lunch 280 calories.

Dinner: Chicken strips110, 1 oz cheese 100, 2 cups veggies 50, 1 inch cube cornbread. Water, Water, Water!!!

75 oz today

Day 6 induction menu!!!!

Breakfast- 2 eggs and 2 slices sizzlean

lunch- taco salad 5 carbs

supper- roast beef, deviled eggs and caulifloer casserole 5 carbs

snacks- sf jello, and a slice of atkins cheesecake (delicious!!!) 2.6
buttered popcorn 7 carbs ( about 1 cup)

for a total of 19.6 carbs for the day ;)

snacks-
blackberries 1/4 cup 2.7

and saving a few carbs for at least a handful of popcorn at the show tonight :D about 20 carbs
