Wink Ready to lose menu thread #6

Well it is so close to the New Year and those resolutions we all set for ourselves and one of mine is to record my foods and to go back on the plan I was on when I started losing the weight a few years ago, so here it goes and ladies, feel free to join me, we can do this


Breakfast- 1 egg and 6 almonds

Lunch- 1 can of 99%ff lentil soup

snack- unsweeted pears in juice and 1 cup popcorn

supper- 1 bowl of veggie soup, and 1/2 slice of cake and 2 tbls ice cream

snack- about 20 chips and cheese dip


Tomorow will me better, I am prepared and the Birthdays are out of the way for about 3 months

Thanks for starting this thread. I have been posting my menues in my journal for the past few days. I need this to keep track and look back to see what works and what doesn't.

Breakfast: I did a nono and didn't eat. Got up late and had to get going!!

Lunch: Home made soup, 150 calories, 1/2 cup choc pudding FF/SF. Fruit cup, 60.

Dinner: Smoked turkey, cabbage soup (my recipe, 1 veg) Dinner roll, mixed fruit cup, 1 slice bread. Salad w/ dressing ff.

Now to work on getting my exercise in!!!

Ok here is todays plan

1 egg and 1 soy shake

lunch- 1 beefstick

supper- 1 piece chicken, greens, and 1 cooked carrot

dessert- 1 slice sf apple pie

snack- 1 apple and a hand ful of red grapes

Well, I didn't get to post yesterday...Busy, busy, busy!!!
But ...Brunch: French toast ( 1 slice bread, 1 eggbeater, splenda, cinnamon) 1 apple baked with splenda and cinnamon.
Green tea, coffee, water.

Sounds okay so far! But...
No lunch
Dinner: Mexican food, too much, too many calories, too much fat. chips and salsa.
Later chips and salsa, nuts, champagne. It was our anniversary, had company and I splurged!!!

I have had nights like that


Breakfast- 1 soyshake

lunch- 2 slices lite Whole wheat bread
1 tbls peanut butter
1 tbls all fruit
1 apple

Snack- 1 sf cookie and 1 chicken vianna sausage

supper-
1 whole wheat bun (lite)
5 oz. lean hamburger meat
14 fries (baked)
1 tbls ketchup and 1 tsp mustard

snack- red grapes, and maybe some popcorn

Breakfast: 1 slice toast, 2 tblsp Peanut Butter, Coffee + green tea

Snack: 3/4 cup strawberries

Lunch: 2 slices diet bread, 2 oz chicken, 1 tblsp honey mustard, lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1 milk, fruit cup.

Dinner: 1 inch square of cornbread, 1/2 cup black eyed pea, 3 oz. smoled turkey,chow-chow (green tomato relish),tea

Snack: 1 sm, banana, 1 cup skimmed milk.

Ok here is the plan for today

Breakfast- 1 multivitamin, and 1 slice WW toast and 1 tbls peanut butter and 1/2 glass of soy milk

lunch- not tooo sure

supper- cross between chili or spagetti LOL

will fill in later on

Default Meeting Night

Hi!

Just checking in
Breakfast: 1 toast, 1/4 cup egg substitute, 1 tsp. margaine, 2 slices tomato. Green tea/ Coffee
Lunch: Salad: Greens with FF dressing, 1/2 pita bread filled with grilled chicken and bean sprouts. Green tea and ice tea.
Dinner: Will post later. Went to Taco Bell, had 3 chicken strips and cole slaw. Drank water. Came home and had a cup of hot green tea. I had a 1 1/2# loss tonight.

That is awsome!!!!!!

Here is the menu for today-

Breakfast- 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice ww toast with 1 tsp butter and 1 tbls all fruit

Lunch- 1 sourdough burger from BK

snack- none

Supper- 1 cup hamburger helper made with WW noodles
and a salad

snacks 1 cup sf cocoa, and 4 strawberries, and 1 lite fat free sf yogurt (strawberry)

1 slice toast (35 calories), 2 egg beaters (70) 1 tblsp FF mayo (10)
2 tblsp salsa (10) Coffee w/ff creamer. Green Tea

Lunch: 2 cups salad (lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, zuchinni, celery, onion) ff dressing (0 calories), 2 oz tuna ( 110calories), 1 slice toast ww (35 calories)

Snack: fruit cup (60)

Dinner: 3 oz. salmon, small salad, home made soup, 1" square of cornbread. water, green tea

Default Saturdays menu

Well here is another days food intake ....................


Breakfast- 1 scrambled egg and 4 strawberries, with multi vitamin

Lunch- 2 slices of ww lite bread and 1 slice beef bologna and 1 slice cheese with mustard


Supper- 6 onion rings and 1 1/2 sloppy joe on WW bun



snack- white grapefruit, and strawberries and an appleDessert- 1 slice sf banana pie MY HUGE TREAT for being such a good girl

I've had a crazy morning. Can't seem to get going.
Breakfast: 1/4 cup Eggbeaters, 2 sausage patties???, 1 tblsp. sugar free strawberry preserves, coffee, green tea and water.
Lunch: Salad w/ff dressing Croutons(home made 1 bread, no fat)
fruit cup 2 oz salmon.
Dinner: I blew it! Went out and had Mexican Food, so that means tomorrow I will really have to watch it.

I will go ahead and post for tomorow, I take Sundays off the computer

Breakfast- 1 slice ww toast with 1 tbls peanut butter
1 multivitamin and 1/2 cup soy milk

Lunch- 4 oz whatever meat grandma has, and green beans and peas

snack- grapes

Supper- Homeade lasanga 1 1/2 cups (98%ff meat) and ww noodles

snack- slice of sf banana cream pie

Sunday's menu

Breakfast: oatmeal, 150 calories, Strawberries, 60 calories, green tea, coffee and WATER!
Lunch: Salad, free veggies, balsamic vinigar, banana bread?
Dinner: baked potato, 70 calories, 1 tblsp magarine, salad, free vegetables, 3 oz. salmon with 1 tblsp ff mayo and onions.
Green tea and WATER.

I have had 66 oz water today!

I blew it last night! I had about 4 pieces of fudge and chips!!!!
But I will do better I promise


Breakfast- 1 side of eggs from Mcdonalds a multivitamin and water

lunch- subway grilled chicken salad, with tomatoe, black olives, and 1 slice american cheese, ff italian and 1 tbls lite done right catalina

Supper- 1 grilled sourdough burger, and onion rings, peeled off the skin

snacks- fruit fruit fruit !!!!!
