Well it is so close to the New Year and those resolutions we all set for ourselves and one of mine is to record my foods and to go back on the plan I was on when I started losing the weight a few years ago, so here it goes and ladies, feel free to join me, we can do this
Breakfast- 1 egg and 6 almonds
Lunch- 1 can of 99%ff lentil soup
snack- unsweeted pears in juice and 1 cup popcorn
supper- 1 bowl of veggie soup, and 1/2 slice of cake and 2 tbls ice cream
snack- about 20 chips and cheese dip
Tomorow will me better, I am prepared and the Birthdays are out of the way for about 3 months

Thanks for starting this thread. I have been posting my menues in my journal for the past few days. I need this to keep track and look back to see what works and what doesn't.
Breakfast: I did a nono and didn't eat. Got up late and had to get going!!
Lunch: Home made soup, 150 calories, 1/2 cup choc pudding FF/SF. Fruit cup, 60.
Well, I didn't get to post yesterday...Busy, busy, busy!!!
But ...Brunch: French toast ( 1 slice bread, 1 eggbeater, splenda, cinnamon) 1 apple baked with splenda and cinnamon.
Green tea, coffee, water.
Sounds okay so far! But...
No lunch
Dinner: Mexican food, too much, too many calories, too much fat. chips and salsa.
Later chips and salsa, nuts, champagne. It was our anniversary, had company and I splurged!!!

Breakfast: 1 toast, 1/4 cup egg substitute, 1 tsp. margaine, 2 slices tomato. Green tea/ Coffee
Lunch: Salad: Greens with FF dressing, 1/2 pita bread filled with grilled chicken and bean sprouts. Green tea and ice tea.
Dinner: Will post later. Went to Taco Bell, had 3 chicken strips and cole slaw. Drank water. Came home and had a cup of hot green tea. I had a 1 1/2# loss tonight.
I've had a crazy morning. Can't seem to get going.
Breakfast: 1/4 cup Eggbeaters, 2 sausage patties???, 1 tblsp. sugar free strawberry preserves, coffee, green tea and water.
Lunch: Salad w/ff dressing Croutons(home made 1 bread, no fat)
fruit cup 2 oz salmon.
Dinner: I blew it! Went out and had Mexican Food, so that means tomorrow I will really have to watch it.
