I thought I posted today, but guess I didn't! Just as well I didn't follow my plan.
Breakfast: Oatmeal 150, banana 60, milk 45, green tea and coffee.+lots of water
Lunch: salad, free veggies plus blsamic vinegar dressing. Green tea. +lots of water!
Dinner: Chinese food...450 calories, jello and cool whip.
Snack: Baked apple


Boy, have I blown it today!
