    I thought I posted today, but guess I didn't! Just as well I didn't follow my plan.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal 150, banana 60, milk 45, green tea and coffee.+lots of water

    Lunch: salad, free veggies plus blsamic vinegar dressing. Green tea. +lots of water!

    Dinner: Chinese food...450 calories, jello and cool whip.

    Snack: Baked apple

    Breakfast- 2 slices lite ww bread 1 tbls peanut butter, and 1 tbls all fruit

    lunch- 2 slices ww bread and 3 oz turkey pastrami, and 1 slice cheese

    supper- grilled sourdough burger and 1 order of onion rings

    Boy, have I blown it today!
    Breakfast: oatmeal 60, fruit 80, milk 25, margarine 45. Coffee + Green tea + water.

    Lunch: rice and chicken 175, tea.

    Afternoon: 2 cookies, 5 hershey kisses.

    Dinner until 10:00 PM: Tomato soup 150, cheese 200, egg beaters 35, salsa 10, diet coke, fritos ( about 6) 4 hershey kisses!

    I don't know what has happened to me. I am miserable. Not only from overeating, but from disgust with myself!

    I am committed to losing! Why did I do this?
  • Oh thats didnt look so bad, Trust Me I have done a lot worse than that for goofing up I am sure you will be Op the rest of the week
  • Well, if I did bad yesterday, today I went to the extreem the other way!

    Breakfast: 1 toast 40, 1 tblsp margarine 45, sugsr free strawberry preserves 10, coffee, green tea.

    Lunch: none

    Dinner: 1 Arby's Super Roast Beef- but I only ate half the bun, 1/2 sm. curly fries (shared with hubby).

    I will stay away from snacks the rest of the night!

    My scale is still up!!!! I have hardly eaten a thing and it is still up!!!! Oh well

    Breakfast- I will have to fill in later, I have NO food in the house

    Lunch- side salad with lite dressing

    supper- ???????

    Weigh in day for me too. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed!

    Breakfast: 1 slice toast 40, margarine 45, strawberry preserves 10. Green Tea and coffee.

    Lunch: Green beans 25, V-8 35, spray butter. Need protein, but didn't take the time.

    Dinner: ???? Don't know, will post later.
