Hi everyone. OMG this weekend sucked diet wise. TOO MUCH FAST FOOD! I think I need to start staying home on the weekends....at least till I can truly say NO to fast food. I so gained, I'm sure. September is here already! Which means I have to start Christmas shopping! You won't find me anywhere near a store during December...unless I work there! Trying to get my license this week. Wish me luck! I'll need all I can get!

Howdy! Haven't posted in this thread for a little while. I am down 3 this weigh-in! Yipppeeee!!! I was stuck at that awful 210 for a while. Glad to be done with that nasty number!!!

Lightbulb Happy Wednesday!!

Hey what up!

Today I spent a couple of hours cleaning the carpets of my new apartment. (my friend is moving out and she left the place a mess!!!) I had to clean the two rooms first before cleaning the carpets. I am so tired.... I will be going to bed soon.

How is everyone doing on their plans?!! Great I hope. This thread is kinda quiet right now.... What has everyone been doing? Anything interesting??? Tell us all about it.....

My next weigh in on Sunday and I can hardly weight.... I want to hop on the scale, but I want to wait until Sunday so I can really see a difference.

My eating as been on plan so far this week!!!

I used to work that sort of shift. It's the worst because you have to work through dinner, and once you get off work, it's so late that you don't really feel like cooking or preparing something for yourself. I would eat whatever was around, or I would get take-out. As for advice - do you have breaks that you could use to have a quick snack? Maybe you could bring a couple healthy things with you to work to tide over your appetite until you get off. Fruit, a pita pocket with veggies, yogurt, etc. Or you could prepare your meal for that evening before you go to work. Sometimes I'll make white rice and veggies for dinner. I'll do all the prep before I leave, stick it in the fridge, and heat it up in the microwave when I get home. The rice holds up pretty well like that for a couple days.

hey everyone! ive been here but not writing as i havent had time! things have been hetic!!

So no weight loss, but i measured this morning, and since April i have lost 17 inches all over, i was stood in front of the mirror trying to see where exactley it had gone from, but im guessing because its been quite slow and sensible i probably havent noticed that much.

So my goal for the next week is to get the pounds dropping, i want to lose 4 lbs before my holiday in 2 weeks.

My friend and i signed up for a 10 week course of aqua aerobics today, which i love!! And finding exercise you actually enjoy always helps!!

Great attitude lovegoddess1978, just got to forget the bad day and keep going!!!!

Water aerobics sounds really really fun. I'm getting so sick of my stationary bike! I have a swimming pool in the back but it's so cold. I guess I should just jump in. I wish I could exercise in the hot tub. What kind of diet are you guys doing? I'm trying to count calories...

Exclamation Today is the start of my WEEKEND!!! YEAH

Hey Girls!

What up! I am doing great now that it is Thursday after work! I don't have to work on Friday or Monday. YEAH! I am been doing well on my plan.... without the help of my co-workers... they brought in bagels yesterday! I ate one and had a lot of points, I used my flex points. I am moving tomorrow I am so excited! Luckily I have lots of help! It will be on the third floor!!!!

PigginPodge- congrats! That is great news! I can't wait until I have a significant amount of inches.

Ayla84-Hello! I am doing Weight Watchers. I have been doing it for almost 2 weeks now. I love it. I have done a million other diets and haven't liked one as much as this before!


Lovegoddess- I have felt like eating everything under the sun this week... I have been on point though... I know the feeling...

Shari- Well, 1.8 isn't too bad. I have gained 5lbs in one week of binging before... YIKES!!

Glad to talk with ya'll... I probably will be MIA for a few days until I get the internet hooked up and all that....

Ayla84 - im doing low cal, watching my fat intake, trying not to eat anything that has too much saturated fat in it, and pretty much trying not to eat too much!! Exercise is my thing this time around though, all the years of yo-yoing up and down seem to have messed up my metabolism and i need to work that much harder to get the pounds off!!! Sigh.

Havent much planned for the weekend, need to do some house stuff, cleaning DIY and all that, not very exciting but rewarding all the same! Im going swimmming tonight with my nan, so hopefully will have shaken off some pounds this week, fingers crossed. Have a good weekend everyone!

Yay! I'm finally starting to see the pounds come off. Yesterday was such a challenge. I invited my friend (we're not that close) to go to the beach to take a walk, but afterwards she took me to a creamery. I told her I didn't want to go because I was trying to count calories and stick to my diet. She took me anyway and ordered ice cream pie and french fries to eat in front of me. Is she trying to sabotage me or am I just overreacting? I ordered a single scoop of 95% fat free ice cream and only ate about half of it. But I just started my diet. If this happened a few weeks from now, I don't know if I would've had the same will-power.
Anyway. Hope you guys have a great weekend!

Piggin ~ I really REALLY want to do water aerobics but the class starts at 10:30 and I don't get off TILL 10:30! Grrr!
