Nikki you are doing something i wished i had done when i was 19, i wish i had tackled my weight problem then rather than waiting til i was 23 to tackle it!! Youve done well so far, just keep on plugging away!!

I highly doubt anyone remebers me, but i was around ALOT in September and October, then my final semester of college caught up and slapped me across the face. And not only did I stop hanging around here but I started gaining again, so now that college is over I'm trying to get back on track and so I've come back here.
I've decided that my goal other then my usual goal of "losing weight" I also want to run a 10K race sometime in the next six months.
So anyway I just wanted to say hello and reintroduce myself.
Ok so where is everyone!?!? How is everyone getting on?!? Im climbing back on the motivation wagon and getting started again, yes I know the holidays were a long time ago, but it takes me ages to get back into it!!!
Hi! I want to join- I'm 23 and 255 lbs. I was 260 lbs but I lost my first 5 lbs this week. woot! I have my first big goal to lose 60lbs by July 4th (my birthday). So hopefully I can do it. I've started eating 1700 cals per day, before I ate whatever I wanted, sometimes as much as 3000 cals per day. I was/am totally addicted to food. Anyway, pretty soon I am going to start a workout plan too. Well, just wanted to introduce myself.
Hmmm V-Day, i held an anti-valentines party with a few girlfriends, all good fun!!
Things are getting back on track with the healthy eating, I need to start focusing on me again and not getting all hooked up and distracted by my work.
