Cheryl - Welcome and congrats on your weightloss! I generally manage to lose about 400g (1lb) a week if I'm lucky, so I'll be at this for a long time to come.
Wendy - I've found this SBD thing remarkably easy.

I'm not a major fruit eater, so cutting them out isn't too hard. I'm not too keen on eggs either so have been eating lots of yoghurt and cheese! I do miss my carrots and butternut, but I've only got another week to go and I should be able to hang in there. It has actually gone so much better than WW!

The major thing is that I've lost
1.7kg this week (about 3lbs) which is HUGE for me!!
I made some white bean muffins on sat and they are surprisingly good and don't go stale like others do!
Dgpebbles - My exercise bike got fixed last week but I've only been on it twice since then

Last night 30min nearly killed me, so I'll be trying harder this week!

Must go and work now to actually earn the salary that will be paid tomorrow. We have a public holiday on Wed for our local elections, so won't be in then.
