For breakfast I had 2 pieces of Baked Oatmeal 3.5pts, 1/3 cup skim milk with my coffee and splenda .5pts.
For dinner I'm having this ground turkey and vegetable thing I made up and when I put it through the recipe builder it came up to 3pts for 1cup so i'll have that with some mac and cheese for a total of 13pts for dinner. Which brings me to 16pts so that leaves me with 6pts for a snack. what to have? I guess I'll figure it out later. |
Well, what the heck. I'll post what I eat. It usually helps me anyway.
Breakfast: Coffee (1) Oatmeal (2) Snack: WW Carrot Cake (1) Lunch: Sandwich (3) Chips (2) Carrots w/ balsamic vinegar (0) Dinner: Beef Burgundy (7) Sweet Potato Sticks (2) That leaves me with 4 pts left for dessert...I'll probably have a 3 pt. WW dessert. |

Hola Chicas,
I thought I just left for home a minute ago...and here I am again. UGH! Well, I slept on my sofa for about 1/2 hour and then went to my bed and slept from 8:30 till this morning when the alarm went off at 5:30; then I hit the snooze button for another 1/2 hour. I feel like crap still, and now my throat feels like a dry sponge. Tonight is our "Holiday" party and after looking forward to it (it's at Colleens on the Parkway) I don't want to even go. Hope you all feel better than I do. VIVA, what you do last night besides stuff yourself with the Beef Burgundy? CHICKIE, how was the gym? Is your gym as crowded as the gym I go to? I hate this time of year to go to the gym because there are so many people who made New Year's Resolutions that they will never keep, but take up all the good equipment and then are obnoxious to the regulars. Okay enough of complaining, off to get my coffee and start working. HAVE A GREAT AND BLESSED DAY!! |
Good morning. I'm with ya SPILLIE, I feel like I just left this joint a little bit ago, and now I'm back. Eww! The Beef Burgundy turned out fantastic. I had that along with Sweet Potato Sticks for a 9 pt dinner, followed by a 3 pt WW dessert so I ended my day with 21 pts. AND I drank all of my water so that is a plus!
My sister got me these FLEECE SHEETS for Christmas and OMG, I love them!!! They are nice and warm. Just thought I'd pass that along since these stupid heating costs are so darn high! I didn't do too much last night. I ran to the grocery store (seems like an everyday thing for me these days) and then I "backed up" a few DVDs last night and I started watching a different one...but it was horrible so I turned it off! I went upstairs and got under the warm electric blanket about 8:15pm and watched a couple episodes of the Gauntlet 2 (there was NOTHING on TV), and then started to watch Buy Me on HGTV but was tired so I went to sleep a little after 9pm! Oh the excitement... SPILLIE: I hope you feel better! Enjoy your holiday party. Throw down a few beverages for me ;) ROCKER: Good morning! What did you have for dinner last night? Welcome home TWIDDLE! (If you're back??) - Hope you had fun and enjoyed NON-RAINY weather! Here's my plan for today (seems to help me stay true, so here I go...) I did make it to the gym last night and did my cardio, felt like I was gonna drop when I was done...I was proud of myself for going since I was close to going home instead! SPILLIE: hope you feel better! The gym was super crowded and I HATE that, especially when someone was standing behind me when I was on the eliptical waiting to get on....I finished my workout including the cool down....don't think they were happy about it but too bad! (there's a 30 min time limit). VIVA: I had a pork chop and potato wedges for dinner. I was so tired when I got home from the gym that I hardly felt like cooking, so, it didn't turn out like I wanted but it was still good! TWIDDLE: welcome back....not sure if you're home yet or not! Have a good day...I have to go to my other building in about 5 minutes for an appt. then bring them here to show the building. I'll BBL!.... :rollpin: be ready to play! |
