Hi Everyone,
I've had a couple ummmm.... challenging days. And I didn't rise to the challenge I guess. I know I'm doing so much better than I was doing several months ago. Not snacking on everything and anything that looked good to me at the moment. I feel like that, alone, is a key to the weight I've already lost. Not that the 'better' style of eating my actual meals didn't help, cuz it most certainly did

. I just mean I'm not stuffing an additional 1000 calories into my face every day....... anyways, today I faltered and had a pastry, and yesterday I had a bag of Calabee's snap peas (which sound good for you til I tell you they are snap peas cooked in oil so they're like fluffy lil potato chips).... lot's of calories... carbs, fat. All around not good. My rationalization?.... I'm going to be going to weightwatchers starting Wed nite. Not very bright huh? *bangin my head against the wall*...
I got my Four Corners Book in the mail tonight too YAYYYYY.... Petra, can it be used in conjunction with weightwatchers? I don't know anything about either program - yet. I feel like WW will be good mostely cuz I will be kind of held accountable by real-time people. Hopefully it won't be toooo much pressure for me. So tonight I'm making a renewed commitment to myself, right here in front of all of you! Thanks

Petra~ Thanks for the tip on the book. I've read a few pages and it sounds good. Heh, I almost tried sardines for lunch today. I don't know why i have such hesitation. I used to love them..... ????
