Good afternoon everyone. Sounds like you all are doing GREAT!!! WOW! I have fallen off the PIC wagon.

Here are some other things.

1. Medical transcriptionist for 11 years.

2. I swallow my gum and chew hard candies immediately after putting them in my mouth, ever since I was a kid (wow...that feels better).

3. I love frozen french fries right out of the Ore-Ida package from the freezer.

4. Back when I turned 21, I was drinking quite heavily my crew of friends at the time. Came walking out of the bathroom like I was 'all that and a bucket of chicken' flirtin with everybody there....come to find out my fly is half down with my panties sticking out of the front!!!

5. I am a reality TV maniac. Can't get enough of watching other peoples lives. There's a new one coming out about these 3 familes in the neighborhood who get to choose between 7 family applicants and get to pick who can move in....whoa...cant wait to see the drama on that.

6. I fall asleep every night watching Court TV, and then wonder why I dream bizarre things.

7. I am the queen of country karaoke in my hometown.

8. When I was a teenager, Jerry Mathers who played 'Beaver Cleaver' was at a mall in our hometown, and my grandmother really wanted his authograph, so we went and were waiting in line. Well, he was eating a sandwich in a little restaurant and she actually interrupted his lunch to ask If my sister and I could sit on his lap to have our picture taken...he was very obliging. (one of my favorite shows).

9. The movie 'Meet the Applegates' was filmed in front of my house and Ed Begley Jr., came over to our house to use the bathroom!!!

10. I told my sister when we were kids that eventually she was going to grow horns from her head if she kept on being naughty, and every day for a month if she got scolded for something, she would run to the bathroom mirror and check and check and check for those horns...Finally she told my parents, and then I got grounded So the next night I put some deer antlers my dad had down the basement in her bed, and she thought she grew them overnight and they fell off!!!!!

hey guys...

I just made the BEST fake fried chicken... mixed dijon mustard, and fat free mayo and added just a bit of milk to make it creamy. a dab of olive oil .salt, pepper, seasoning then dipped my chicken legs in there ( after i removed the skin)

then dipped them into some oat flake cereal i had crushed up

then i sprayed them with olive oil pam and baked them at 350... they were awesome crunchy and brown just like they had been deep fried!

Hi Ladies,
well today was another busy day. I didn't get my usual lunch time workout in so after worked I figured I'd go of a run in the park with my son riding his bike. He has started camp and was running playing and swimming all day. Well he pooped out before we even got half way so I only jogged for about 20 minutes but hey at least it was somthing. It was my first out door jog in a long time and it was a lot easier than on the tread mill. I must not move as fast on the ground as that belt moves on the machine....

Welcom Shalia, I'm doing WW, I'm 28, I have a 4 year old son, I am busy busy busy but I am making sure I lose my weight and keep it off this time....so thats me in a nut shell. Every one her is so nice and helpful. I hope you keep posting.

My name is Sunshine I am 25 mommy to 3 little rugrats Garrett 7, Madison 3 and Colt 20 months!! Wife to Brian for 7 years!! We are from the wonderful state of Kansas!

Ok here are my 10 things!! LOL

1. I have been with my husband since I was 15 and we have been married 7 years!

2. I had my first baby at 17 and still in high school!! I finished on top of my class!!

3. I moved out of my family home 2 months after I found out I was pregnant at 17!!

4. I had 3 kids by the time I was 23!! I suffered infertity for 3 yrs before I had my beautiful daughter Madison!!

5. I bought my first home when I was 22!

6. I was set on fire by fireworks when I was just 5 years old!

7. I moved all over the place as a kid and my mother has been married 8 times!! Yes you read right 8 times!! She is the best though!!

8.On April 14, 2002 My Dh kids and I was in a car accident when we hit a cow!! Yes a cow and here is a pic:

9. My youngest son was deaf for 6 months of his life and finally he is all better!

10. I am so happy to have so far lost 40 pds!! Now on to the rest!!

hey my divas.. I'm still not back on track (shame on me).. but I only have 4 more days of training and then I will have plenty of time (while working at home) to get back in touch with you guys and get back on the PIC Chic bandwagon.. Howdy All,
This will be a real quicky tonight. I am beat. Today, was warm here. LOL actually hot..and I felt sluggish all day. Had to pick up Mallissa at home take her to gym, leave gym early take her to VBS(vacation Bible School) While she was at VBS I rode my bike all over town. LOL Even did some downhill terrain.(we won't discuss that. LOL) I did make it up 2 rather large hills too. My legs are killing me but I feel good.

What not to do...after riding your bike! Make lunch and dinner for tomorrow night. This is going to be real crappy week dinner wise. We have no time! So I made a big thing of tuna salad tonight for lunches tomorrow and dinner tomorrow night.(BLT's..bites, licks and tastes) Mallissa will eat a kids cuisine but Dave and I are having sandwiches most of the week. VBS is everynight this week. (6-8:30) I am planning on going to the gym tomorrow night. I left my bike in the van... I may ride it there depending on how my legs are tomorrow. I haven't figured out how to get the swimming stuff back and not sure I want to take it on my bike. The bag is huge and weighs a ton!

I will try to check in with everyone tomrorow night or at work tomorrow.. Have a great first day of summer!

1. I was born in the same small town in northern Ontario as Shania Twain.
2. While still fresh from getting my drivers liscence, I drove into the garage.(I(learnt on a stick and it bunny hopped smack into the brick! lol)
3. I am still best friends with a group of 3 girls from highschool (for over 25 years)
4. I am the youngest of 6 kids, and since they are all much older we tend not to keep in touch. My older sister is already retired.
5. I have been living in the States for 3.5 years now.
6. I am a natural strawberry blonde.
7. My cat is 18 yo, and we got her when dh and I were just dating.
8. I was a clothing buyer for a ladies boutique before I moved to the States.
9. Both my parents have passed away and never attended my wedding.

1) Shalia is my real name, and I've never met anyone else with it.
2) I'm a Navy vet. <Although I never got to go anywhere more interesting than Florida. Well, and when in San Diego I went to Tijuana a few times. But that's just the flea market south of the border, it doesn't really count as a foreign country.>
3) I've never been outside the US unless you count Tijuana. <And I really don't.>
4) I got pregnant when I was 17 too, but I was a sophomore in college. <And it's 7.5 years later and I'm *still* a sophomore in college!!!!>
5) My mom and stepdad are alcoholics and my dad is autistic. My son is autistic too.
6) I'm bipolar and my husband has muscular dystrophy and epilepsy.
7) There are approximately 13 foods Tyler will "deign" to eat, and none of them have any nutrient value whatsoever. Randy (husband) won't eat anything that's green or might possibly be good for him. It leaves me with little to cook and very bored with eating. How many lean pockets do YOU want to eat? *sigh*
8) I'd lost 20 lbs last year based solely on drugs my doctor had given me <see bipolar above> but this Jan. when I was hospitalized they took me off those drugs and put me on others. Gained 15lbs in 4 weeks and then after that gained another 15 more in a few months. *sigh*
9) I *hate* to clean. I'm lucky I married a neat-freak because otherwise my house would stay dirty until the dishes walked THEMSELVES to the dishwasher in disgust.
10) I'm a born-again Christian.

That's kind of fun, although I think I struggled for 4-9 or so there. *grin*

Had an unexpected break so I came home to let the boys out and decided to check in on you all. I survived my yearly review. I think my boss doesn't know what to do with me. I think he haggles with most of the docs over money but money isn't much of a motivator with me so there is really no discussion about productivity or money so he has to think in a completely different way with me. It's interesting because I get a raise anyway--maybe more of the docs should take my approach. Anyway, I have a job for another year. Guess I have to get back to the grind for the remainder of the day. 3 more days to vacation.

Hello everyone. Hope everyone is doing fine.

Haven't been around, been busy. Just wanted to let you all know I was alive, but not doing so hot. I've been eating everything in site and NOT exercising. I have no idea what's gotten into me. I plan on exercising tonight, but have been so damn tired, who knows what I'll do.

I will try and catch up tonight if I get the chance. Seems my nights have been crazy with stuff to do. We are leaving for vacation (Wisconsin Dells) this Sunday though next week.
