I'm sure glad to see all the posts today! It motivates me so much more I think :shrug. I was back at work today. The CRUD is going around again. We were down 2 people. Really frustrating when I think of all I have to do to prepare for inventory before we go to Denver. All in all tho, not a bad day. As they say- it beats the alternative. heheheh
Curly~ I would love to try out Curves but I live in a pretty remote area. I suppose I should count my lucky stars there is a gym at all. (or not, since I can't afford it lol) The next closest gym is like 1-1/2 hours away. I will survive!

Lisa~ Hey GF! I think it's awesome you're still not smoking. The fact you are maintaining your weight is a victory in itself too. (remember the metabolism slows down- so you must be doing something right!!!!) Keep coming back, ok? We worry about lost PIC's
AngelEyes~ Hehe I really wasn't sure what I was supposed to do to figure out all those points.... but maybe you can help me here. I love Red Square Real Deal bars but being they are made in Canada, I'm wondering if you know this: They are 320 kcal.... is that the same as 320 cal?? If so they are history for me lol... BTW Your tip about marking the points on boxes is sheer genius!!!!! I keep a paper with my most used foods written on it but that is even easier. thanks!!!!
Val~ Keep it up GF!!! You are doing sooooo great! I think I better get hoppin' with my WATP DVD. I've been watching that crash on TV tonight. Makes me want to board that plane to Denver in a few weeks- NOT. But thank goodness there aren't a lot of injuries
