Happy Monday! Another day to tackle. We can do this. Moderation is a key element. Good luck!

Happy Tuesday! Rainy/windy here today. Hope it clears up so I can take a walk with my dog. He needs to lose a few pounds too. Perhaps the hubby will tag along, but I can only hope. Had some Pizza while watching TV last night. I didn't eat anything extra, which is good. However, that was only because I had nothing extra sitting on the shelf waiting to be snacked on. So good because I had no extra snack food laying around. Especially since I don't know how strong my willpower would have been to not eat anything extra.

Well, we are going to jump right into Winter. Expecting 3-5 inches of snow Thursday! Never did have Fall. Yesterday we got more rain! There is water everywhere. It's going to freeze tonight so I guess there will be lots of accidents with black ice on the roads.

Got all my housecleaning done. Sam stopped at Dunkin Donuts and brought home a dozen........I will never lose any weight

Wow, snow's coming your way already. That is just too quick. Hope it passes by instead.

The smell of freshly baked doughnuts. How can you say no to one or even two?

Our bed started to collapse last night. Appears the middle section support is slipping on the wooden floor. Part of that section went missing in one of our moves, and we never replaced it. It still worked fine for several years. However, guess now we have tilted the scales and it is starting to make it move. A very good reason to get these extra pounds off our bodies.

One week before Thanksgiving! I bet you are getting your supplies all ready for the day. I am still thinking about what I would like to make. Haven't decided yet. Getting my flu shot today. The cold season has already sprung up all around us.

Have a good Thursday!

Good morning! Headed off for a walk this morning in the thick fog. The trail is about 3 hours leaving my house across the dales and into the moors. It is a good walk going up and down hills. Then this afternoon, headed to the city to the Christmas market which started last night. Looking forward to the day! And I am off, day break is here. Hope you have a good day too.

Oh, no change for me this week. That is disappointing. Hope you have some success.

Didn't make it to the Christmas market yesterday. My husband was having some chest pains, so we went to the Doctor instead. He needs to have some follow up tests now, but glad it doesn't look to be like a heart attack. Hope to make it to the Christmas market today, even though it is rainy.

Have a good Saturday!

Oh no! I hope Mark is feeling better and the test results are good.

We got 9 inches of snow!!!!!!! What a mess! All the roads were shut down and people were stranded. The sun's out today so hopefully some will melt.

No change for me...I'm in a slump

Yes, I have all my Thanksgiving fixins. Can't wait to watch the parades and National dog show!

Nine inches of snow!!!!!! What an early winter. I am hoping for sunshine today. We went to the Christmas market yesterday at 0930AM and it was already busy. In no time at all it was packed. I can't imagine walking around there during the evening to see all the Christmas lights. Too many people for me. I did like seeing all the stalls with Christmas decorations. We just did a really quick walk around and left. The only thing we bought were some roasted chestnuts. Have you ever had them? Taste like mash potatoes to me.

I understand about being in a slump. This is a hard time of year to diet, with it being cold, and then just all the holidays. I guess all we can do is try to keep some kind of control on it some we don't go head over heels in the wrong way direction, and then having to work twice as hard on it later.

Hope you have a good sunny Sunday!

Welcome Fatdecimator! Glad to have you join us. Looks like you are a brand new member. We can tackle this effort together.

My eating wasn't the best today. Could have done without the chocolate and croissant. They were a quick bite after my walk near a local store, but that shouldn't be an excuse. I should have looked for a small package of nuts instead. Really at that point, I just wanted something to eat because I was hungry.

Have a good Tuesday!

We had some light snow today and tomorrow is going to be brutally cold. They said it's going to be the coldest Thanksgiving ever. I feel sorry for the people marching in the parades in Philadelphia and New York. Went and did a little Christmas shopping today. I'll stay away from the stores for the next few days, but I will do cyber Monday.

Have a very Happy Thanksgiving!
