Morning all (barely).
Shad - Maybe you won't have the aftereffects to the same degree this time around. :crossed : The cooler weather must be refreshing, though you really don't have the true four seasons like we do up north here.
Ceejay - I wish I'd gotten out of the house more yesterday - it was beautiful and it's not going to be repeated today. Back to the fitbit - see you on the app soon.
Hellos to the rest of you.
Annie, hope you're in a state of supreme relaxation now, or as much as one can be with the two little guys nearby.

Before the hair appointment yesterday, I did a BE workout. Went heavy on the weights for the bicep & tricep segments & I'm feeling it today. Then was the hair appointment. Went to the thrift shop nearby afterwards & bought a throw pillow cover that turns out doesn't "go" with anything in the house, so it'll be donated back to the shop. I resisted going into the bakery next door.
I did a load of laundry & got going on the exercise area. I moved everything off it. Started vacuuming, then decided I just had to vacuum out the two windows - spiders love those windows (there are window wells outside them). On with the vacuuming. I decided to wait until dryer weather comes to shampoo it, and it's actually in very good shape anyway. So I moved everything back on it, shifting a few items around while I was at it. We'll see how that works out. After that I was fully worn out with all the moving of equipment, which included a weight bench, the Total Gym unit, and the rack that hold my hand weights (sans weights, of course). Bf was taking an all-day webinar to get the cont'd educ to keep his RE broker credentials in place. I much preferred my task.
Not gonna exercise today after yesterday's labors. Of course the fitbit gave me over 10k steps while the pedometer only gave me ~4600,lol. It was the vacuuming that registered all those "steps". Today might be a good day to stitch up a SECURE ankle pocket for my fitbit - no more tucking into the sock, as that's how I lost it last time.
Okay, after noon now, better get off the sofa before my backside becomes one with it...
