1 1/2 hrs. morning barn chores
1/2 hr. evening barn chores

Meals
oatmeal with blueberries
banana
turkey soup, hardboiled egg
pretzels
meatloaf, peas, potato

No loss for me. I'm sure I ate too many carbs.

I need to exercise more. I'm going to find a low impact beginner exercise workout on Youtube. Something that will be easy on my knees and back.

Today is the start of a new week!

Exercise
1 hour walk in morning
All day cleaning house

Meals
Two eggs and two veggie strips
Mock turkey deli slices
Clementine
Power bar

My weigh-in this morning showed....down 3 lbs. Yeah! I'm glad about that.
Today, I was busy getting ready for visitors for tomorrow, cleaning house and shopping.
I didn't eat as much food as I should have.
I will be fixing big healthy meal choices for tomorrow, so I will make up for it.

Renee-I thought your food choices sounded healthy. Were your portion sizes big?
I know you were working hard this past week on this effort.
Well, its the start of a new week, so maybe you can find something
to tweak to get those numbers falling again.
I know you can do it. Keep at it.

You did great!

Yes, I think my portions were too big. I will be more aware this week.
I found an exercise workout on Youtube that is back and knee friendly. I started yesterday and don't have any extra pain this morning

We got a couple of inches of snow last night but I think it will melt today as it's supposed to get up near 50 degrees.

Have a great day!

Great job finding that video. I am glad it seems to be helping.
Wow, you got more snow! We didn't.
The forecast was freezing rain here, but we got clouds and sunshine.
Overall a nice day.

We had a nice visit with friends today, but ate too much food.
I will have to be stricter with myself tomorrow.

Meals
Oatmeal mix

baked apples with banana, cranberries, cinnamon, honey, orange juice.

Renee-I finally made that baked apple recipe. It was eatable, but too sweet, and took too long to cook. I even put it in the oven to cook as well as the microwave. Anyway, I ate an apple, but don't plan on making the recipe again. Not sure if you made this yet or not, but I wanted to give you some feedback on how it worked for me.

Hi Renee, you sound like you are getting bored. You will have to come up with a good project like painting a picture or some type of craft.

Yesterday, I had problems accessing the site. I got locked out and then couldn't get back on for a while.
Today is much better. So that is why my entry is cut off in case you were wondering.

Grocery shopping today. Sam has decided to join me in weight loss, so I need to stock up on fruit and fresh veggies.

Oh, I'm never bored. This is just a slower time of the year for me here on the farm. The seed catalogs have started to arrive! Now I can start planning for this years' garden.

Have a wonderful Thursday!

Great work Renee!! You did it. I knew you would.
Those exercises and good food choices are getting
you closer to where you want to be. Keep at it.

My weigh-in showed...down 3 lbs. Yippee! We
both are on the path to a healthier lifestyle.

I am going to be away from home this week
for work, so I may not have a chance to read
your comments or leave an update. I will try
to if I can. I should be home by next weekend.

I hope the weather is nicer on Sunday. It would
be nice to have one good day to enjoy some better
weather.

Have a super Sunday and keep on track.
We want to see some positive results next week too!

live moderately,
cultivate cheerfulness,
