Good Morning All....

I don't know how to start the new thread and link it back either. Well, I know how to start a new thread, I just don't know about the linking thing. Anywhooo!

Last night's church tea was wonderful. The speaker was also musically talented. She and her husband sang one of my most very favorite songs "Mary Did you Know". I sat and tears rolled down my face while listening to them. Remarkable job. Love that song. It was the first time Samantha got to go to the tea and she loved it also. What a wonderful night. Food was great and the tea was marvelous, one of the hosts at our table brought friendship tea. The mix you make with tea, tang and I don't know what else, but was delish. C watched the boys. The boys got a great report when we got home. Bruno (Sam's dog) not so much and had to go to time out. lol.

Saturday is The Polar Express train ride we are taking the boys to. Looking forward to it. Jacob will be super jacked when he sees we are getting on the train. We are going with my bro and SIL, and many of my SILs family. We all know each other and cannot wait to have a fun ride. The train leaves the station at 5:00 pm and returns at 8:30 pm. I am rather jacked myself. lol. If you want to read about it, google Whitewater Valley Raiload in Connersville Indiana. This is about a hour+ drive to the station for us.

Hope someone can start the thread for us!

Make it a great day/night/weekend. Safe travels HAPPY...Hugs

Sorry, I don't know about setting up the links either.

Last night I had a hair appointment. For the second time this week Metra had another accident on my train line. This time it was the train running before the train I was on striking a car, and it was at the main road that's to the east of my stop. Debris on the tracks had to be cleaned up and an investigation, and of course there was a delay. So once again, we creeped along slowly and stopped and started and finally made it to the stop before my stop. I got off there and walked the 0.8 miles to my salon, arriving 10 minutes early, but without the opportunity to go home and get my car. Sigh. Of course this had to happen on another day when bf was in his class and wasn't around to give me a ride. He had a final exam last night. He always thinks he's not going to do well, and then he does fine. He got the score he needed to get an A in the class. Anyway... I took my first Uber ride home from the salon after my appointment because I wasn't about to walk over a mile to get home.

Feeling tired today. So glad it's Friday.

In a week in which I'm so done with riding Metra, we have plans to go downtown tomorrow to meet friends and go to the Christkindlmarket and we'll be taking Metra.

Okay, enough of my whining. I'll try to get back later for personals.

Annie
They have a Polar Express in Branson also. My sister has mentioned it. I think she is waiting on seeing if her daughter in law are taking the boys. The tea sounded like fun. I like that song too. I think it's time to start playing Christmas carol's.

-------

I got my lab results back yesterday and as I expected my b12 level was low. The doctor want me to have a b12 injection so I got that this morning. He also wants me to take iron. Then went to the gym to work out. I'm determined to lose inches if nothing else. Also need to bring my hdl level up but that will have to be done by taking a supplement. More later
