Tonight I weight in with my trainer and see my progress for the month. Hopefully it goes well! I haven't lost a LOT of pounds, but considering I didn't get serious until halfway through the month, I think I did good. I'll let ya'll know how it goes!

Weigh in went great! Lost 4lbs! Lost 7 lbs of fat and gained 3 of muscle! My gym's machine weighed me at 203. That's at the end of the day with clothes on. I think I'm technically under 200. :D

So yesterday was a sucky day. I didn't workout and ate everything. So today is a very low calorie day. I don't want to blow my progress. I got up this morning and did 25 minutes with the kettlebells. I will be going to the gym at lunch for an intense cardio workout. This is a new day with new promises so I'm going to lay hold of them.

Yesterday was a great day. Today is going to be another one. I packed all my food and leaving no room for error. I'm going to workout for lunch and again when I get off work. Pending no snafus.

Checking in...last night was not good. I think I went over my calories by about 400 calories. I couldn't quit snacking...I ate 100 calorie popcorn, a serving a almonds-170 calories and a skinny cow ice cream sandwich-140 We will be celebrating my husband's birthday tonight so I'm planning my day around our family dinner at the restaurant. I was on track for 1200 calories for the day and BLEW IT!! Well there is always today.

jiggle dnt sweat! 400 cals probably wont even affect ur weight loss esp if you've been eating 1200

Hello everyone, its been awhile since I posted in here...just wanted to check in with my sisters and Im glad to see the progress that everyone is making. Im glad to say that I am 36 lbs til goal...considering I had to lose 50 to get here, 36 lbs wont seem so bad. Keep up the good work ladies!

Hello ladies!!! Its been a while since I checked it but I am still pressing on. I had spring break and its tax season at work so busy busy busy. I havent worked out regularly in like two weeks because I took a week off on purpose but last week ended up having so many errands to run that I caught up on that and rest so this week I am back to my usual routine! I know I gained weight but I am not worried because I took my break. I plan on getting back down to my low of 217 before month end. Have a great day and I hope all is well!

PurdueGirl- We're in about the same place. I want to lose at least 30 more pounds. You would think being over halfway through would be easier!

Hi everyone, i'm new here..only about 12 posts in. I've been on a every other day workout plan. So far today was day 11! I've been tracking my calories for about a week.

Hello ladies I havent been very active online lately but i have been reading post. Its so busy for me and Ive gained weight I wi at 224.4 today and 217 is my low. I am getting back on plan with counting calories. My friends and I are going to Miami in July and I really want to break the 200 lb mark. No if ands or maybe's I hope all is well!!!
