Matilda - Not an exact number because I didn't get my starting weight. I wish I had but I think I was over 300 because I weighed myself when I was visiting my mom before I started and she has a scale that goes up to 300 and when I got on it "ER" came up several times.
I'm doing well with my eating but haven't worked out all week. Not sure why because I have every mind to do so I just don't. Maybe today. |

Good Day Ladies!!!
I'm feeling pretty good today. I'm doing well with my eating. I haven't done any workouts in a week. Hopefully this week will be better. I have been running around on my lunch hour which is my normal workout time. When I get home I'm too tired to do anything. Thankfully my eating has been good. Matilda - I am really excited for you because you have not given up on yourself and that says a whole lot. Keep on keeping on!! |

as far as me, ive been doing good..been eating 1200,working out alot and im thinking of trying to reach 135lb before the spring break or summer |
Hey Ladies!!!! I know I've been a stranger, but I have been on track! I started the Biggest loser program at my gym. It's going well. My trainer is cool. I meet with my nutritionist for the first time tomorrow. I started my blog too and will be writing about my experiences there so I hope ya'll will check it out- Healthy Black Girl. I'm glad ya'll are doing good too! Brit- congrats on being at goal! Matilda- You're doing great with your weight loss too!

hello everyone! seems like everyone is on track and making great strides.
i bought a pair of size 8 jeans last wednesday. :) they're my new tight jeans but i can't wait for them to be replaced by something even smaller! lololooolol i have not seen single digit sizes in a really long time, like 2005 i think was the last time. anyway have a great week everyone!! i'm unofficially in a new decade now i weighed in at 159.9 today so just barely outta the 160's but i'll be happy if it sticks! |

Good morning, I haven't gone missing. I usually check in but see that it's been quite. Anywho, I'm doing pretty good. I bought some kettle bells and LOVE them. I can feel the places that need to be toned and less jiggly burning from the workout. I like the fact that you can get all the cardio, toning and core training done with them. I will report my results at the end of the month. I'm hoping there are lots of inches missing.

Hey ya'll! Everything's good here. Teetering on the 200 line. Hoping to be officially back in Onderland next week. This Biggest Loser program is really helping me with accountability. I've been doing good this past couple of weeks. Hoping to see even bigger losses in March!

I wi at 219.4 had a pretty good Feb but for march Im hoping to hit 210 next week im on spring break so I plan to work extra hard at the gym! |
Weighed in at 198.6 this morning! Feels good to be under 200 again. :)

Matilda - How are things going??? I know it's that busy time of year for you but looks like you're still holding it down. I'm still loving that kettlebell workout. This weekend went really well on plan. I got my workouts done both days. Looking forward to a good one today on the eliptical...may throw in some kettlebells not sure how it will work because the ones I have at home are heavier than the ones we have here at work. We'll see. Have a great day!! This weekend I will be doing my measurements to see how the kettlebells are doing for my toning. |
