OH MY GOODNESS it's been a minute. I'm doing well though. I got three really good days in and I'm proud of myself.

I am still here but I notice that this thread has gotten awfully quiet. I remember when I joined 3FC this thread was so active. Not sure what is happening but I hope everyone is still on track.
I am 3 months into maintenance now and I am enjoying it. |
Slim - How are you balancing you intake while maintaining your weight as opposed to continuing to loose?
I've been having some really good days. I have been eating in my 1200-1300 calorie range and working out. WHERE IS EVERYONE ELSE??? |

I'm still here too! Been on plan and doing pretty well, had a couple of days where i didn't go to the gym so i just used exerciseTV. Made sure i worked just as hard!

Good day people!! I'm feeling good today. I just finished my kettle bell and jump rope interval workout and that was a real serious workout. I feel GREAT though. I'm eating lots of protein today so I should have some portions of inches loss this week.

im here..stopped working out/eating right last week for a whole week due to stress and other things but im back on it going hard to loose this water/excess weight then focus on maintaining a lil lower in the 140's. im also incorporating more strength training in my upper half. i want my arms,shoulders and back to look good in my sun dresses this summer.

Yeah um I need to stay away from LHCF and visit here more. I'm back for good this time. Things are going well. I exercise 4x/wk. Two times with a personal trainer, abs class, and a strength/core class. Thinking of doing 1:1 pilates sessions too.

Today is another good day. I went to the gym for lunch and did 30 minutes on the eliptical and the machine said I burned 842 calories. Well I don't know how accurate that is but I do know I was famished when I finished. I'm normally not that hungry after a walk/jog interval. Anywho...I'm sleepy too. I have had about 1054 calories and looking forward to not being hungry again before I go to bed. Like if I went right now I would be soo happy...however I'm at work so that won't be wise.

Last night wasn't as good as I would have liked but I'm forging ahead. I got up and did my kettle bell workout and will be going to the gym for lunch. I shall not be stopped.
