I've been doing pretty well the past couple days. Been very busy with the Easter Weekend. Everyone have a wonderfully productive on plan day!! |

I am back! Having gained about 10lbs across the last two months, completed a half-marathon, broken-up with my boyfriend and embraced a new love of the Nook. I need to get back to my old life where I focused on diet and exercise. I hope you all can help me with that- |
Hello ladies! I have been on line just not posting as much because of school and work(tax season) I am up to 224 not bad for tax season. I have to work my way back down and get back on plan 100% starting today I am back at the gym regularly:) I hope all is well! SUMMER IS COMING AND I WANT TO SHED AT LEAST 20LBS BY JULY

Hi, Ladies.
I've been lurking for quite some time. However, I wanted to formally introduce myself. Since, August 2010, I've lost about 60 lbs.....I'm hoping to lose another 25-30 over the summer....on my way (eventually) to 160. Currently, I work out about 4-5 days/week. I've been running about 2-3 days. Also, I recently added a boot-camp 3 days a week. Weight loss has been slow in the last 2 months. But, I've lost inches!! So, I guess I can't complain. Everyone is such good motivation. So, I'm hoping that it helps me meet my summer weight loss goals!! |

Ive been a member for a months and just now joining in on this thread. Nice to see it :0). Just curious what everyones workout and diets were like. Im personally following a low carb, high protein diet and just recently added intermittent fasting to the mix. Ive been able to drop 21lbs since the beginning of February without a ton of exercise. Ive recently added in more and the lbs have been melting off. Love to hear from you ladies on your own methods and progress :) |
