Good morning ladies!!
Atlanta is closed...LOL! The snow and ice hasn't melted but frozen solid. There is no warm weather in the forecast until the weekend. Since everyone won't stay home and rigs are passing through the city the DOT can't treat the roads they have to melt the ice on truck tires one at a time so we will be home until the streets are driveable...can I handle it??? Yesterday was a good day kinda. I stayed within my calories but it wasn't a lot of nutrition. I walked on the treadmill also. Today I promise to have more nutrition. Oh and I drank 128 ounces of water and will be doing the same today. |
Morning Im down a lil over two lbs today I wi at 227.2 yesterday was a great day diet and fitness wise. If everyday was that easy whew lol. THanks guys I working to get back in the habit. Hope all is well!

Snowed in. I'm so hating this. I can't stay on plan or seem to do anything except eat and sleep. These kids being out of school for a month is not helping me stay on plan. Hopefully next week when everything is back to normal, I can get back on plan and stay there. Wish me luck ladies. |
It's Tuesday so I had my official WW weigh-in and I am 149.8lbs as of today. I am so close to my goal that I can taste it and I can't believe how long these last 5lbs are taking to come off. I have also started back on my exercise regimen after taking off for the holidays. I hope the activity plus a little focus on drinking water and getting 5-fruits/veg a day will help me hit 147.5.

Hey girls.
I'm doing well. I'm still snowed in actually I'm iced in and I got a bad case of cabin fever. I did well with my nutrition yesterday and better today. I did have some junk food though. What is it about being snowed in and and needing sweets and chips. Maybe it's just psychological. I have been doing my workouts and drinking 128 ounces of water though. |
Happy thursday Im workingmyself back down wi at 227.0 today workout and diet has been pretty great this week.

I'm 29 and been in this losing weight game for about 20 weeks now! I'm bi-racial, mixed with black and white so I think that qualifies me for this thread =) haha Can't wait to meet all of ya'll! |
Hi Ladies! So since the holidays I have striggled a bit. It seems like all of JAnuary will be devoted to getting back into the swing of things diet and fitness wise. So I haven't had a single day completely on program but I have had a few good days and I am just going to work on increasing those and decreasing the wildly off program days.
Matilda: Great job staying on plan! Kriz: Welcome! I am 28 and have been hard at work trying to slim down since last June. I joined WW on 8/31/2010 and now follow the points plus plan. |

If it hadn't been for this snow and ice keeping me locked in I would be much further along. We are going back to work tomorrow!! Never thought I'd say that!! |

hello ladies..been a couple days since i checked in and thats only cuz of school and stuff..but as far as me, i have been going hard like i said i would! Ive been gettin in an extra 20-30 min workout done on some school mornings before i leave on top of my normal evening workouts.ive also started to lift weights,restricting my intake under 1400,planning my meals and eating healthy majority of the time. all of that has paid off because as of yesterday..i am only ONE FREAKING POUND from my goal weight. technically im probably already at goal but aunt flo came today and made me retain some water. what a way to ruin the excitement huh?
im going to continue going hard all this month cuz i wanna drop another 5lbs for wiggle room.my next weigh in will be on friday morning so i will update you ladies then! in the meantime. i will be mapping out my maintenance plan |

Glad to see you are all doing well! I've been doing good this week. One of my good friends is being a GREAT accountability partner. I checked into personal training at the gym last night. They're starting a Biggest loser program. It's 5 months long. I'd have 7 personal training and 1 nutritionist appointment a month. It's kind of pricey, but I think it might be worth it to finally reach goal. I've been hovering around the same place for a while now. It starts in February! I'll be hanging out with friends from high school this weekend. Should be fun, but I'm going to try to stay away from bar food and drinks when we go out. Krizstyling- We're glad to have you! Sal- I was off during the holidays too, but after I went back to the gym this week I feel GREAT. I missed this feeling. Matilda- Hope things are going well! Jigglefree- You did great while at home! Most people would use it as an excuse to sit around snacking (I would have)! I'm about to head to the gym! Holla! |

I worked out on saturday im up a little today and just like you beaka ive been in the 220 range for months now and its not my fitness its my diet. THis year I am trying to stay on plan as muchas possible because when I do i shed lbs like its nothing. Brit- you sure are doing the damn thing. I remember when you first joined and you were over 200lbs go girl work your plan!!!!! Kriz - cool in also in central nj in somerset county jc is about an hour away from me ive been there several times Have a great week ladies |
