WOW, Its been a minute and now I am back, ready to get focused and recommit to weight loss.
ITs nice to still see Cakebatter staying on track. Keep up the good work. As for me, I just had a baby girl at the end of April and am just looking for that support and encouragement that this thread provides. Nice to see all the new faces as well. Congrats. |

I'm headed to Cali next week and Vegas at the end of the month. I won't be on point, but at least I'll stay on track until then. Weighed in at 199.4 today. Finally back under 200. |

Everyone is going to all of these fabulous places. Okay now this is really giving me the motivation to book a trip to atlantic city this summer.
I'm down to 156 pounds so I'm happy about that. I plan to run outside today. I can get a good workout in and enjoy the weather. It works for me. |

I'm at 171.2 as of this morning still trying to lose the same 10 pounds!! Sooo this is the difference that helped me last time! Glad to see everyone Unstoppable -S/N thanks for the compliment and i am now two months into Loc'dom! Im stoked Running intervals tonight....so excited! |
Hey everybody, I don't think I've posted on this thread before... I am struggling to stay under 170 pounds... I've started concentrating on more vegetables so hopefully that will make a difference.

I enjoyed the official first day of summer yesterday. I'm feeling good today. Hopefully I can get in a good workout in tonight.

thanks you too! I have a question about hair. What do you do to deter sweating out a hairstyle? I'm natural and I do my own twists but I really don't want to redo them every few days because they are frizzing up.

Lillies- when i wore twists i would do them smaller so they would hold better. But i also didn't mind a little frizz. Are you rinsing them every day?
