Muffins are very dense. Mostly Flour content. The low fat helps but I would not make homemade muffins a regular part of my diet. Not all contain 8 starches but depending on the muffin UP to 8 starches can be in them. Little ones I would normally make I would account for about 4 starches..... so... way over any content Im allowed personally lol Not to mention the sugar and sodium content.
Don't feel bad Tricia, how were you to know. The restaurants alway make it sound like a muffin is a healthy alternative...
1 now and then will not be the end of you.

I have been on HM since aug 30th and have lost 45 lbs. There are a few of us who chat on Facebook, a group called "just friends". This site used to be quite active but much more now on FB. I still check in here from time to time not sure about the others. Hope things are going well for you on HM.
Thank you so much carlislegirl I will check it out. Things are going good with HM hada bit of a gain over Christmas but I was quick to loose it thankfully.
