Hi there ladies!!
Weekend was ok... started off so well on Friday with my Weigh-In.
Lost 2 pounds!!! WOOT WOOT

I'm one pound shy of 30 pounds!
The rest of my week-end was good. I ate some chips on Friday & Sat (the low fat, low sodium type - that was my FE). Sunday wasn't so great.
I had a baby shower... I ate some sandwiches (my starches), ate a few cheese cube (I had no more dairy!), and veggies...and some macaroni salad! I couldn't resist. And then, I had a piece of cake...a small one...but still...I know I know...
Oh well, I took some decisions and I'll have to deal with the results!
I'm expecting a gain between 1-2 pounds since my bowels weren't the best either this weekend.
