Hi gang . . . in NS again and at least 10 degrees warmer. They are calling for snow again later this afternoon and evening with another 10 cm by morning.
Anyway . . . it is nice to see sun two days in a row -- so much so that I was dancing around to music on the TV this morning. So, that's the exercise out of the way . . . now if I can just hold things together in the eating department it will be a good day.
HELLO CHICKIES ~ had a good OP day; went outside today to soak up some rays doing SKI-WALKING, and enjoyed it once out there. Had to bundle up well becuz it's nippy out there; must have tired me out becuz I dozed off after doin' my puzzles and didn't wake up 'til 10:15 pm; ha! Hope everyone else had a great day too ...
The sun is shining a little more sporadically today but the good news is that the new snow we accumulated overnight is supposed to be it for now and the decent semi-sunny and semi-mild (around the freezing mark, or a little below) conditions are supposed to continue all the way through the weekend. Hope those predictions prove to be correct.
Unfortunately there's been a slight change to the longterm weather forecast. Still supposeed to be mainly sunny through the weekend, but the temps are on the way back down to those nasty -30 levels we had at the beginning of the week.
Keep things moving and shaking gang -- it will help us all stay warm -- got to love this Canadian weather (since we are stuck with it, after all.
HELLO COOL CANUCKS ~ we've had a busy week; but the weather was fantastic. Not quite as cold as before but nippy with the winds. Got a bit of snow late this aft and right now too; probably becuz of the mild temps.
We've had glorious SUNSHINE most of the week so I got a lot of SKI-WALKING in this week; at least 4 days of about 30+ minutes each day (probably the most I have done yet).
Kept ON PLAN well this week too; I threw out almost all the leftover stuff from Christmas, except some of the nuts which we are putting in the bird feeders and the chipmunks just love them too. Dh finished up the rest; good thing he doesn't have a weight problem.
ANYWAYS, gonna just take it easy tomorrow and rest; have a great weekend everyone. Roasting a small turkey tomorrow; lots of work but yummy! Take care, ROSEBUD

Well it is freezing over here and it snowed all day today!
I had a crazy week. All the kids were sick was at sick kids 2x and going back again tomorrow!! I managed to stay OP except today. I had 2 pieces of cake!! Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow!! My official weigh in day is fraidy and last week I lost 4 lbs but I am hoping to get to 199 by valentines so I have to get my butt in gear. I think I need to focus on the exercise!
Another sunny and cold one . . . temp is now on the way up and tomorrow is scheduled to be one horrendous mess of snow, freezing rain, rain as the temperature goes from -5 in the morning to +5 in the afternoon.
wow its been since July 2007 since I've posted on here.There are a few new things with me...I got my license in August 2007 and I bought a band new car.I have more independance and i am loving it!I have lost a couple of pounds,around 20lbs so far.Its a daily challenge to watch what I eat.I joined the NuBodys Gym.
To cold to do anything but curl up under a blanket here today, the wind is amazingly strong and theres blowing snow. Can't wait for construction season(summer)
I'm having a difficult time.I know I have lost 20 lbs,but I am sometimes stuck on the same weight for awhile.Its difficult to explain,so I'll try my best.Ummm...ok here goes...I go to the gym 3 times a week,and then the other week I go once,and then the next week I go not at all.One week I eat great,the second I binge eat,then I get back on track.I know I have made alot of progess.But I feel I'm still not where I want to be.I'm looking for someting,I dont know what i is.Maybe if I track my progress in a journal I could see exactly where I am going.I'm thinking of going back to Weight Watchers and get weighed each week.I am a lifetime memeber.But I have gained all of my weight back plus more.When I joined WW in 1998,I weighed,186 lbs.I lost it all and went down to 130lbs.Then I began binge eating again and I now weigh 265lbs(I think).So how do you guys keep going?
I have to stop being too hard on myself.
