Hey ladies..I feel a lot better today. PMS seems like poor excuse to give, but I tell ya I felt awful, overwhelmed and there was nothing anyone could say that I would have helped me beleive in myself at that moment. I just had to live through it and try not to do much damage. Thankfully it's passed now and I can move on as fast as I can and lose as much as I can before the next PMS strike next month! LOL! Hopefully those depressive hormones are once in a blue mooners.

Cheryl, thanks for the pep!

Linda, all the best tomorrow. I wish you a speedy recovery!

Hi to everyone else! I want to get to personals but I am going to have a very busy weekend starting tonight. My mom is coming into town to help out. My aunt is moving into her new house a block away from me. I'm excited for the workout that I'll be getting moving those boxes. Not to mention I enrolled Alyssa for ballet and tap lessons starting saturday. And my sister will be here with her kit and kaboodle. I don't think I'll get much free time. Have an awesome weekend and keep up your chins ladies and lets move this fat outta here!

TTFN!

Hey ladies how is everyone? Scales were ok this morning at 220 not great but not as bad as it has been. I am in a downer mood, it hit me this morning that January is almost over and all I have left with my husband before he leaves is Feburary and March. I know I should not be feeling sorry for myself but I just cant help it today.

Linda - Good luck with your sugery hope everything turns out for the good.

Guess i had better get to work. Check back soon.

Hi everybody . . . . . . thanks for all the warm thoughts.

Obviously, I came through the little procedure okay and the sorest place I have happens to be my throat and neck (from the tube they stuff down your throat). Hey, this too will pass . . . Unfortunately, the GYN has already told me that I will need a hysterectomy based on what he 'found' yesterday. I'll get the details at my next visit in 3 or 4 weeks . . . oh well, I can't say I didn't expect this . . . just wish we hadn't bothered with the D&C . . . I mean it's not like I want to preserve the system so I can have more children ( bite your tongue).

Anyway . . . you all have a wonderful day and a wonderful weekend . . . keep things moving and shaking . . . I'll see you all soon. Keep looking at the sunny side of life. It will serve you proud in the long run.

Thanks LIZA . . . . . . I am starting to feel better today although the throat is still sore. Looks like it's just you and me today, kiddo. Keep things moving and shaking (but gently since it is supposed to be a 'day of rest'). See you soon.

have just done 15minutes on my air walker
does anyone else use exercise equipment that isnt recommended for their weight, my airwalker was creaking a bit just now under the strain of all my weight its got a recommended weight limit of 100kg so has the stepper i've ordered. is that just a guideline weight or should i really not be using them?

I don't know . . . I'd be nervous . . . especially with the stepper because you could really damage a knee if that thing broke at the wrong moment . . . but I know I am a big wuzzie about stuff like that.

Why don't you post that question in the exercise equipemt forum . . . here's a link . . . http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=213 . . . let us know what kind of answer you get from them.

Hey Linda glad to hear you are feeling better. Look at the bright side a hysterectomy will be removing a couple pounds.

Liza congrats on your loss for the week. Feels great don't it.

Well just wanted to drop in and say the scales are down to 219 so I guess thats what I am gonna move the ticker to. Its just so depressing, I have never had to move it up before. Oh well from now on it will only be moving down.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Will check back soon

Hey, losers! (Of course I mean that in the best possible way!!!!) Looks like the board has gone on without me! LOL Just kidding! Been very busy. Haven't had time to even sit down at this computer. And when I have, hubby's been over my shoulder. He doesn't know how much I way, so I don't post here when he's around. Don't get me wrong....I think this is the only part of my life he doesn't know about. I don't keep things from him...just this one little bit of info. He keeps asking me how much I have to weigh before I tell him how much I weigh. I told him when I lose 70 lbs I'll tell him. lol He won't know for a while!
Well, I really think I'll reach my 2.2 lb goal for the week. If not, I'll be very VERY close. I'm hovering at 2 lbs gone this week.....I don't have scales that weigh to the tenth of a lb, so am unsure. I may be there already.
Ya'll, I had a God intervention last night!!!! I must tell.....We went to Sonic (drive in fast food place, for those who've never heard of one). I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a large (yes, I said LARGE) order of onion rings. I'd not had many points, so I had them to spare for the day. My meal was going to be 16 points...my target is 28. I felt soooo guilty sitting there waiting for our food...I was really hungry, but while I wanted to eat it, I really didn't. They brought our food....my husband handed them a $100 bill. They said they couldn't take it and asked him to go get change and come back. He told them if they couldn't break it, he wasn't leaving and coming back...so wi didn't eat there!!! We left and went to Subway...where I had 10 points instead of 16!!! AFterwards, I told him I was glad we didn't eat there....although I do love their onion rings!!!! Had we eaten there, I am pretty sure I could've kissed my 2.2 lbs for the week goodbye....
Linda, I'm sooo glad you made it through your procedure okay. A friend of mine just had a hysterectomy about 4 months ago. It literally took her maybe 2 days to bounce back. She said in 3 days she was outside raking leaves....
Tina, PMS is the absolute worst....the only thing that gets me through it is that I know it's going to be good for a significant weight loss...usually a couple of pounds! Makes it worth it.....to me.
HOw many sizes has everyone gone down compared to how many pounds they've gone down? I'm at 10 lbs and my pants are getting looser.....hope to have to go get more in the next few weeks. I'm just curious how everyone else is "shrinking."
Gotta go clean my house from the weekend. We weren't home long enough to clean, only to mess it up! LOL Have a great Monday everyone!
