HEy all. Sorry I was MIA again. Didn't mean to be - just got caught up in stuff.

I have to restart my challenges tomorrow. I wallowed a bit over my car problems, and work issues, and made bad choices. So, I will restart tomorrow. I will keep doing it until I make it. I must.

Hi

I've been MIA too. I think I might have to change ISP. No end of troubles with them and I waste a lot of time trying to fix problems or being on hold for 90 mins and then they cut me off before I get to talk to anyone.

On top of that my cat died awwww she got run over, which falls into the sometimes crap happens category but I was pretty broken up about it. Here's a pix of my cat on my blog

Starting tmrw 10 Feb I'm going to start a new challenge 40 mins a day exercise...

Day 17 - 4 servings of fruit/vegetables per day - good - 1 pause left
Day 17 - No smoking - good - no pauses allowed!
Day 7 - Calories under 1800 - good - 2 pauses left

Another day notched. Almost there on 2 challenges. I've finally been having it much easier with the no smoking part. I'm not thinking about it everyday now, which is really nice. Now that that's better, the food is easier too. I'm really hoping it stays that way! Luckily I have not gained anything while quitting, I just have not lost!

Sweet Pea - I'm so very sorry about your kitty! That's so hard. She was a very pretty cat and I'm sure you're going to miss her very much.

Jolly - Hope to see you back at it!

Ashley - I know what you mean about that candy. That's a tough one when you have to be around it! Just keep thinking about how nice it was to get out of that obese section. I swear to myself, that I'm never going back there again and I can't wait to get out of the overweight one now too!

Rhiannon - Good start on your challenges! Keep it up!

Apple - Wow, adding in calories too! I'm sure you'll do great. You're getting close on the exercise one too!

Food log every day, day 7, no pauses taken
Exercise - 30 minutes per day, day 7, no pauses taken

Sweet Pea - I am so sorry to hear about your cat. She looks very sweet and I'm sure will be sadly missed.

Jolly - you were certainly entitled to a bit of wallowing. Good luck on your new challenges.

DJ - you have been incredible with just the no smoking goal. And to do that while also watching your calories is nothing short of amazing.

I've decided to add 2 other challenges starting today - both level 3
Alcohol free
Calorie restriction

I haven't finished today's exercise yet as humidity is at 96% or something ridiculous. Wonder if all this sweating will be good for me?

I'll be back later today to report success...
