Day 7 - No smoking - good - no pauses allowed!
Well, managed those 2 challenges, however, the calorie one I didn't start. Wasn't feeling too well yesterday, but think I feel a little better today so I'll try to get logging my food.
Red - Good job on those challenges despite the crazy schedule! That book you gave me the link to I have read. I got the e-book version and I really think it made a huge difference for me! I tried to quit before and thought I'd go crazy. This time, it's been much easier.

Apple - Great job on the beer and exericise! Keep it up!
That weekend of skiing sounds like fun! I used to ski but really can't afford it any more. I used to work at ski resorts and that was the only reason I could ever afford it! Maybe someday. My kids would love to learn how, but I keep telling them they need to get a job first!
