Im trying to kick start some weight loss here so i uped my exercise
25 minutes Tae-bo basics, 3 mile WATP (no weights today, back is to sore)

Monday- nada!
Tuesday- exercise class. Did cardio aerobics for about 45 minutes and then some chest moves, leg lifts, and abs
Wednesday- haven't done it yet, but the 4 mile WATP
