Hi bigfootie,
To get started, click on the SB Weekly Support Board for the week you want. A new board starts every Monday, so look for a new one tomorrow. To post a question or reply, click on "Reply to post" rather than "post a message" or Post a new thread. Welcome and good luck.

Welcome

My first suggestion is get the book, it is very informative and will tell you what you can and can't eat.
