) And i ate 3 of them!!! I know its not all that bad so why do i feel so guilty? I did pretty good yesterday i think...B-bowl of uncle sams (1 cup just like i was suppose to) L- bowl of lentils, S-apple sauce, D_legal chicken salad (homemade) on a bed of lettace with tomatoes and 4 triscuts. The scales just arent being nice this week, i guess thats why i feel guilt today. Maybe ill try that brand new never before been used pilates ball today...lol...maybe

Do you like tea? You could drink decaf tea if you can't do the water. Is it you don't like it or you just don't remember to drink it? Not drinking enough water not only makes your weight loss stall, but it makes you sluggish AND isn't good for your over-all body functions. I'm the worst and I know it - you'd think I'd change, but I don't - some days are better than others. What beach are you going to?
