Lightbulb weight loss

hey do ya'll think sleep is a factor in weight loss? because i usually get 5 hours of sleep a night....and i'm starting to wonder if that's why i havent lost any weight...because i havent been getting enough sleep. just a thought. id appreciate people's opinions.

I have read in a number of books that getting sleep is key to weight loss and a strong immune system too.

Because I am working out as well as watching my food intake, I have noticed that as soon as I start burning the candle the weight loss, and the toning, slows right down

Default is it worth it?

im worried that the past 6 weeks have been pointless because although i feel better about what i am eating, i am not losing any weight. i wonder if i start sleeping right and start exercising again then i wonder if it will kind of fall off. not all at once but i wonder if what i did over those 6 weeks will make any of it fall off. what do yall think?

kiki....this is GonnaB-A-Loser....I sent you a private message...hope you got it...at least I will know that I did something right. About the weight loss....I think one of the things that I am doing wrong is weighing too much...I get so focuse on the pounds that I "jinks" myself. I bet if we put the scales away....weighed once a month...and focuse more on inches lost...I think we would be surprise. I have been on Sugar Buster for 3 weeks and have lost 12 pounds....I lost that the first week and a half....haven't lost anymore since...but....I am exercising 4 hours a week...so...I know that I am losing fat and gaining muscle...I am 58 years old and I am sooooo afraid that I will NEVER lose all the weight I need to....I have got to lose at least 100 pounds....let's hang in there...at least we are eating healthier and getting more exercise.

It's ok...I have a ghetto scale at home...I need to go get another one..this is from like the early 80's. I have lost some inches but nothing enormous unfortunately. i agree with weighing less though...if we weigh ourselves too much then we see if we gain water weight or something that we wouldn't see if we weighed ourselves less. anyway, keep up the good work! i don't even think i've lost 12 pounds and today is the 7th week i've been on this diet. kind of frusterating....but i haven't exercised for almost a month now....i've been too busy with work and other things. i sent a reply to your private message GonnaB-A-Loser...sorry haven't checked this in a few days..been too busy. we can be each other's support and talk about this diet together...maybe that will help. i'll be in touch!
