Good evening.. Just had dinner and thought I'd pop in and see how everyones day went. Made a cheeseburger patti with a green salad for dinner. Think tomorrow its time I put on a pot of beans...Its still really cold here. And there is still enough ice on the hill we live down to not make it safe to bring our car down. So I'm stuck at home till Wed.
Gracious- Your retreat sounds so neat. I love log cabin quilts. Wish I could get some interest in doing something like that... Fillise- sounds like you're busy as usual. Lucky you with 48 degrees.. Idblond- Liked your diet coaches, thank for posting it.. maemae- a great big howdy to you. So sorry about your friend passing away. Saying a little prayer for your interview.... Debilli- I bought the buns at the health food store. They're stone ground wheat and you have to cut them yourself. But they're good. I use them for 2 breads and we only have them once in awhile. I need to have DH take a picture of me and the land around us. It is beautiful here. music teach- Well its back on the wagon day for ya.. LOL... Mexican food is a weakness for me. Dawnstorm- Will have to try that ranch chicken now.. It always did sound good I just never made it.. Jack-K- We've just got plain old ice all around our house, its been so cold here its having trouble thawing out. Sure hate this bitter cold... Well think I missed a page or something. I'm always doing that... I'll have to close this and go check. Have a great evening... 213/165.5/130 |

Monday Evening
Hello and a happy Monday evening to you all!
It?s still bitter here. Whatever. I cannot even begin to imagine how ROSALIE and our other northern neighbors are surviving. Bless all your little freezing hearts. Keep warm and keep smiling. Here?s a question for those of you who have lost a lot of weight and kept it off. Do you notice any difference in your tolerance for the cold without your extra insulation? Just wondering. Cause if I?m this cold now with all the excess fat, what will happen when I get to my goal weight? Yikes, I may have to move to sunnier states. We went out to lunch today. I really don?t want to talk about it. Here?s the deal, it was one of the girl?s in the office birthday lunch and she picked PF Changs. I really don?t like that restaurant, plus I try to stay away from that oriental cooking because of all the hidden calories. I wasn?t that hungry (which was a good thing), but there are not a lot of choices. I opted for the chicken Lo Mein. Yes, I know those noodles were not SB legal, but I didn?t want to go the way of the rice. Anyway, I did eat some, but brought most of it home to Paul. What are your suggestions at a chinese restaurant? I had my WW point book at the office and when we got back I checked to see that one measly cup of chicken lo mein was NINE POINTS! Ugh, what a waste of perfectly good points. Oh well, I wrote in my food journal when I got home: This one meal doesn?t and won?t blow my whole plan and it won?t even blow the whole day. Trying to keep a positive outlook. (Hard work!) One more thing I started today. I started journalling my thoughts and reflections for the day in my food journal notebook. I was so frustrated over that lunch situation, so I decided to just write all that out in there. So I have my food choices and my thoughts all on the same page. Do any of you journal your thoughts? Does it help you to look back and see what was going on at different times and what you were thinking about? I just hope that life doesn?t get so busy that I have to put this on a back burner. Tonight I started it in the car while I was waiting for Paul to come out from work. Any other tips on this subject of journalling will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Has anybody heard of Kathleen Daelamann? She?s on the Food Network and she has a half-hour show called Cooking Thin. Wow, she?s great! She was a brilliant and acclaimed chef in a size 22 body. She moved to Hawaii to be the chef of a really swanky hotel over there. Well, when she got there, she found out they were changing over to a spa and all the cooking was going to have to be healthy and suited for people to lose weight. She lost too. Now she?s a size 8. She mainly converts recipes from high fat and calorie to lower versions. I just like watching and hearing her little ideas that got her through. Check her out on the foodtv.com site. She?s very inspiring to me. I?m in a 22, and I look at her looking so healthy. It really makes me want to keep going. Okay, now to you all. TONI---Wow, I sure wish I had been visiting you this past weekend! You did some great cooking. Sounds great. I?m so happy your DH is SBing with you. My DH could stand to drop some pounds, but he has no interest in it. His excess doesn?t bother him one bit. Glad you liked the jewelry. It sure is fun to do. And I just found a bead shop within 2 miles of my house. Whoopee. Let the good times (and the checkbook) roll!!!! Hang in there with that cabin fever, girlfriend. Do you have any special projects to keep you extra busy? Do you get to watch Dr. Phil? I love his show. When I am home I also always catch Martha Stewart and Surprise by Design. Are you a daytime tv watcher? GRACIOUS---Hi! Glad to hear you had a good get-away weekend. The quilting sounds fabulous. I have always loved the Log Cabin Square. You can do so much with it and make such different looking quilts. Congrats on your creativity. I?m so happy you?ve opened your arms and heart to quilting. Good for you! You make me want to get out all my fabric and get started again. But I can?t because I?m glued to the jewelry right now. Ha!!! I guess I like to jump from one craft to another. Were there any of those window quilts that look like a landscape through a window? I love those. Can?t even imagine how that?s done. Have fun! What colors did you use in your LC square? FILLISE---You are so organized with your business. You should give seminars on how to plan and keep yourself organized when you are self employed. A few years ago I did freelance design work from the house, but I didn?t do well with the paperwork end of it. And I wasn?t good at ?growing? a business. Do you have a strategic plan for yourself and that?s how you plan what you will do? Just wondering. Don?t mean to be nosey. LDBLOND----Thank you so much for sharing Coach Joy?s thoughts with us. That was really great and just what I needed to hear. I printed it out and have it on my bulletin board above my desk and have a second copy in my food journal. I?m going to collect all sorts of good motivators and keep them with me at all times. Cross your fingers that it helps. How do you get these emails? MAEMAE---Glad you like my jewelry. Do you have any crafting in your past or present? It sure keeps my hands busy at night so I don?t overfeed. LOL!!!! Hey, I am so sorry to hear about your friend. What a tragedy for all who knew and loved him? What will the 8-year old do? Is there another parent still around? I can?t imagine going through something so sad at such a young age. I hope there?s plenty of support for all the family. Good luck on the interview. I?ve missed all the details about it, but will still send up some prayers and good thoughts for you. Mine will probably be early though, because I?ll forget about that time difference. DEB---Congrats for getting out there to beat the streets even when you didn?t want to. You are a moving maniac!!! Hey, I think your idea of a mixed recipe board is much better. Is that more work for you? I loved Pulp Fiction. John Travolta and Sam Jackson were both great in it. It?s really violent and there were parts that I had to look away in, but I thought it was so cleverly done. Uma was great too. Tell me what you think. I tried to take a close-up of the jewelry so you could see my precision wire wrapping, but the camera just wouldn?t cooperate. I am using 24 gauge half-hard sterling silver wire. The findings are sterling as well. I had purchased some other cheaper jump rings to try and learn how to do a byzantine chain. But they were so cheap, I hated the way they looked. I have a book that has excellent directions for making all sorts of chain patterns. My favorite is the byzantine. Anyways, I have to say that you are never satisfied! I am not about to MODEL anything with this flesh colored barrel underneath my clothing! When I get to 175 I will model something. You crack me up . . . asking me to get Paul to take a picture. No way, girlie girl. Not yet. I will drape them over my hand as that area hasn?t as of yet started to plump up. LOL. Speaking of pictures, I got copies of those Xmas party picks today and I made a sleeve in my food journal and am carrying them around in there. So whenever I get tempted to go HOG wild on something (Hog being the operative word.) I can quick grab those pics and get that brick of knowledge and reality right in the forehead as needed. MUSIC---Just brush off those tortilla chip crumbs and get back on this wagon with all of us. It?s easy to blow it on the weekend. I sure have done it PLENTY of times myself. It does feel good to get to a Monday with no guilt. I think I?m going to shoot for that next Monday. Want to join me for a guilt-free Monday?????? DAWN----Thanks for reminding us about that groovy recipe. I need to get to wandering about those recipe pages. Sometimes I feel stuck in the kitchen rut. JACK-K----Sounds like you all are no warmer than us. Isn?t it absolutely awful? This is the worst winter we?ve had in so long. I?m waiting for the pipes to start freezing. Have you had any of that yet? Our blazer started making funny noises today while I was out for lunch. Of course, it had to start while I was driving. Anyways, I?m wondering if something got so cold that it broke. DH isn?t sure what it is either. It?s the only vehicle that can get out of our sloped driveway, so I?m not sure what we?ll do tomorrow. Stay warm, friend. What were you doing at Churchill Downs. DH?s company designed some of the interactive stuff in their museum and Paul used to have to go down there to fix it every now and then. I?m wondering if they still have them for an account. BOB----Yippee for the winners! I have never seen Chuckie with an actual full face smile before. I almost didn?t recognize them. BTW, their new uniforms are SOOOOOO much better than the old ones. I still can?t believe that Oakland didn?t even show up until the fourth quarter. What was that all about? The experts on ESPN always say that a great defense will beat an equally great offense every time. I guess they were right. Okay, friends. Time to work on my new passion. I?ll catch you all later. I?m working on a cute little purple and silver necklace for one of my nieces. Her birthday is in February, so I want to get it done early and get it sent so she?ll have it in plenty of time. Catch you on the flip side. Kim |
Hello my friends!
I am happy to report that I was sugar free today! I didn’t cheat once :D – you have no idea what an accomplishment that is for me lately! One day at a time….I think I can, I think I can…… QUILTER: Why not face the world in that robe! People may think you have lost it and give you a few days off!! Haha What’s with the ? marks throughout your post? Don’t have time in my day to journal but let me know what you think after a while. TONI: I can’t believe that you have to have a 4 wheel drive just to get out of your house right now! Do the kids have school there when the weather is that bad? GRACIOUS: Same question goes for you – what do the kids do about school when the snow is really bad? DEB: Way to go with the walking. I am actually looking forward to some exercise – but I can’t do any until I get permission from the doc. I just find that I am much better on plan when I can exercise. MAEMAE: Good luck on the interview – I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for you! Well, I guess I’ll see you chicks tomorrow! I hope to have another great day!!! Missy 286/259 (oh yeah – check out the serious gain! Yikes!)/170 |
I ran errands all day today. Well, not all day, since I climbed back in bed this morning and slept until 10! I stayed up talking to my son too late last night. I went to Harry's/Whole Foods. They still don't have agave there. I don't need it, but I always check. They sell Ak Mak 100% whole wheat crackers. They are pretty good. I by-passed the chocolate, since I did not want to be tempted. I did get my Wheat Montana so I can make bread. They have a grind your own flour machine, and the flour makes the best bread!
I made one of DEB's crustless cheesecakes yesterday, but played with the recipe and added two squares of unsweetened baking chocolate a 2 T of cocoa. It turned out pretty good. I had some for breakfast! ;) GRACIOUS: Wow, you must have a lot of snow! I am hoping we get a snowfall this year. Of course, my daughter hopes it is on a week day, so she won't have to go to school. Here, just flurries sends 75% of the population into a tailspin. The stores sell out of bread, milk and beer. And when we get any accumulation of snow, everything closes! Its nuts! I grew up near Chicago, and couldn't believe it the first time it snowed when I was a freshman at UGA. Classes were cancelled, and I thought I would get to sleep in. Unfortunately, my southern hall mates viewed me as an expert on snowmen and snow forts, and snowball fights, and I was badgered into getting up and out to play! Last year, we had a good snowfall and my son, daughter and her then fiance' now husband, made a eight foot tall snow maiden in the front yard. It was incredible! QUILTER: At a Chinese restaurant, you can stay legal if you pick something like soup, or a steamed entree. If you ask which of their entrees do not have a cornstarch thickened sauce, or sugar, they are usually very willing to help you find something you can eat. I ask them to leave the rice in the kitchen, and I usually pick something with little or no sauce. We like to go to China Town, and eat at the restaurants there. They have incredible soups that are definitely a meal in a bowl. Egg Foo Yung is a good choice for SB. Just ask for the gravy on the side. I have never been to PF Chang's. Do I need to check it out? :) |
Thanks for the welcomes!
Hi!
Well, today went ok, but I know that I am not going to beat myself up for licking the icing from my fingers this morning by accident...I'll "lick" those habits by next Monday!:tape: Debbie, I knew about this board from the SB sweet talk boards--that is where I originally got started, and got enough info to get a great start last time--got the book(s), and all was well. I remember having the link to this board and "visited" many times for recipes (yum! cheesecake--and others)--but it took me a while to "figure out all the symbols and how to post, register, etc. (its me, not the boards--by the time I get to the computer at night, I'm not at my sharpest)....anyway...when I decided that I simply could not gain anymore of this weight back, I went to the SweetTalk board again--but remembered the 3fc boards being so positive, and not at all...."argumentative"..???If that makes sense. I originally started SB in July 2001, and by January 2002 I had the 25 pounds off--then I just hit a plateau. I wanted to lose another 10-15, but.....Of course I blame my demise on the Girl Scouts...in Feb and March when those D***cookies started showing up :nono: Instead of doing better in the summer (when I was not working), I did not do what I should have, and slowly started gaining back. Last semester (I'm a teacher, can you tell?!) I kept saying I was going to start back, and the "last day before I would start back" I would eat doughnuts, brownies, FF, etc. like it was the last day I would ever have sugar again...NOT a healthy attitude, and I'm sad to say, I KNEW BETTER!!! So, here I am, down to a couple of pairs of "fat jeans" and not wanting to buy any more clothes--I can do it, I just need to have a healthy mind about it, and of course any encouragement thrown my way!! Have a wonderful week! rb |
Good Monday, everybody! Long time no post, and I feel awful about that. My computer has been down for about 2 weeks...I had a couple of brief moments that it was back up during that time, but it was gone as quick as it came.
I have turned into a couch potato this last week or so, and that is so UNLIKE me! I never watch TV. The Weather Channel is on more than anything. It has been colder than I ever remember it being here, and no pc, so I have been bundled up in blankies watching tv! Today I had the day off and normally would have spent it catching up, but today was Suzanne's birthday and we spent the day doing sister-stuff. She wasn't too thrilled with another birthday so I forced her to have fun!! Rob (dh) got my Gazelle built and we are fixing up an exercise room in the basement (affectionately known as the dungeon) so I will have a nice little set up by the end of the week. I love the Gazelle, and plan to be on it as soon as I wake up in the morning. Hopefully when it gets warmer I will have enough weight off that I won't be afraid to get on rollerblades. I think I could learn it - I never could roller skate, but the blades seem easier! If not, there's always bikes. I'm not missing another summer! I always manage to lose it to work or to my computer, but not this year. I've had a lot of time in the last two weeks to reflect on my life, and sunshine and fresh air are two things I don't get enough of. I don't have sunlight where I work, and I have been there the better part of all daylight hours for the last 14.5 years and that really sucks. I want windows and hot air that isn't my own. Ok, it is getting late and if I want to be on the Gazelle in the morning, I better get moving. Goodnight! |
A quick post-with houseguests I'm not finding the time to post and I'm falling behind again.
The pean crust I used for Deb's cheesecake is on one of the recipe board-but I can't remember exactly where. It used pecans, splenda and butter. It is very good and goes well with the cheesecake. I also made a strawberry topping with frozen strawberries and splenda--cooked the strawberries in a little bit of water, and put it through a strainer. It was very good!! I'll be back later. |
Tuesday Morning
Hello All! Yawn, yawn, yawn.
Whew, who wants to get up when it's so cold outside? Makes it a little difficult, but we must press on. We are no wimps, are we? FRUIT---Great to hear from you! Congrats on being SBFREE yesterday. Keep it up, you know you can do it. I'm not sure what's going on with those question marks. I usually type my long posts in a program called Appleworks and then copy and paste into the reply box. I think tonight I'll try typing it in MSWord and see if that helps. Thanks for reminding me about that. Girl, you are too funny. MONET---Thanks for the good tip on Chinese restaurants. I should have known you'd come to my rescue. Thanks a bunch. I don't know about PFChangs. I've been there twice. Here's my take. While the food is good, I think the down side is that it's way too expensive and they are sneaky and try to get other things on the table to charge you extra. Like yesterday, the waiter didn't tell us that the fried rice was extra. He just made it sound like it was a choice of either brown, white or fried rice. Then the others said they wanted fried rice. He brought TWO bowls and charged them 6.95 each. This has happened both times I've been there. Kind of smarmy if you ask me. Oh, I'm late to get in the shower. Gotta fly. Hugs to all. Is there a chat tonight? Kim |
Good Tuesday Morning!
Well, I just had to stop in and post this morning because I'm feeling sooooo good! I was down a few this morning - so I must have had some serious fluid in my body! But, that's not why I'm happy. I FEEL so much better today - energy, etc. I feel like I'm going to have another great day! The energy could come from the coffee - not decaf - which is what I usually have! haha! But anyway, just feeling great and wanting to share the happiness!!!! Y'all have a wonderful, sugarfree day! Love ya Missy 286/255.5/170 |
Tuesday
Good morning ladies! Tis a chippy one out there today at -34 windchill again. It is run from the house to the car then the car into the school weather for sure!!
I ate so well yesterday and was rewarded with 4 lbs of water loss from my buffet weekend. Now only 4 more lbs to go and with being in the middle of TOM I don't think it is too bad. Scary how that scale jumps up so fast but wonderful how it can go down so quickly too. MOMOF3REDS- Yes, it does take awhile to get out of the habit of licking everything you make for the kids or tasting *just one* of everything you serve. I got out of the habit and am so glad because when you stop and think of the carbs, calories and fat that are consumed by just doing that throughout the day it is mind-boggling. Welcome to the board, btw...and you are right, the ladies here are helpful and don't get their undies in a knot if they don't agree with you. We are all different and we can revel in the difference rather than argue! MONET- I actually remember you mentioning that huge snow maiden last year on the lcc board! Snow is fun for kids of all ages. I just wish we didn't have to drive so far in it, especially with our kids. But God is sovereign! FRUIT- We keep our kids at home on really bad days. We have a very long drive to school because we send our kids to a private school in the city on the other side of the river..err, meaning, it is a long drive!! It is not worth the risk, that is for sure. Having said that though, they have only missed a couple of days because of the weather. QUILTER- I know what you mean about being into your jewellery now. It is beautiful and when you find something so fun and nice to create you have to stick with it for awhile! My log cabin was made with greens on one side and pinks on the other. It is very nice and I am presently looking for a pattern to try full size. JACK-K- Yes, you should try to find a good retreat to go to. They can be so much fun and if they are good they truly are spiritually uplifting. Last years was wonderful but this years was not near as good ministry wise. Hopefully next year they will get their act together! MAEMAE- You should look around too. I realized that you have to *look* for good things to do because they don't always seem to be well advertised. DEBELLI- I wish the arctic would keeps its cold winds too! But since it keeps sending us these chilling temperatures I just figure it is nice that we share with you Americans! ;) Better get moving...have a great day. |
TUESDAY TIPS
AT LAST! GOOD NEWS FOR EVERONYE STRUGGLING TO KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF... If you're having a hard time keeping the weight off after you've lost it, take heart -- it DOES get easier. Scientists from the University of Pittsburgh report that the longer you can maintain your weight loss, the LESS effort it takes. The research team, led by Dr. Mary Klem, issued questionnaires to a group of 319 men and women who had lost at least 30lb in weight and kept it off for over six years. Results showed that subjects used at least four of the following strategies for success: 8 out of 10 kept few high-fat foods in the house 8 out of 10 kept many healthy foods in the house 7 out of 10 bought books/magazines related to nutrition or exercise 7 out of 10 weighed themselves on a regular basis 4 out of 10 kept records of food intake or exercise 3 out of 10 reduced their visits to restaurants 2 out of 10 spent more time with friends who exercise 2 out of 10 kept a picture of themselves in a prominent place 1 out of 10 spent more time with "normal" weight friends Subjects also reported burning an average of 2,427 calories each week, which shows just how important it is to keep exercising -- even when you reach your target weight. WEIGHT MAINTENANCE GETS EASIER The study showed that keeping the weight off requires less effort and less attention as time goes by. After all, the more often you repeat a behavior (such as exercising or eating right), the more likely it is to become a habit, becoming so automatic that you don't even need to think about doing it. However, the temptation of high-fat foods DOESN'T go away. Subjects who had maintained their weight loss for 6 years or more got just as much pleasure from eating high-fat foods as those who had kept the weight off for 2-3 years. One of the keys to losing weight is to find people who have done what you want to do, and simply copy them. If you're having a hard time keeping the weight off, pick five of the methods listed above and use them on a daily basis. After all, success leaves clues. While everyone uses a slightly different approach to losing weight, using tested and proven strategies can only stack the odds in your favor. Reference Klem, M.L., Wing, R.R., Lang, W., McGuire, M.T., & O. Hill (2000). Does weight loss maintenance become easier over time? Obesity Research, 8, 438-444 |
Good morning everyone... Well I think tomorrow I should be able to get out of here. Yippee... I need to get some food in this house!!! I hate when you have to dig through stuff and hunt and think and worry etc. etc. what am I going to cook. One more nights salad left so its working out fine. Thats the bad thing about living in the country if you're trying to eat healthy is its along way to a decent grocery store. Let me tell you about ours in town LOL.... It really is a very tiny old fashioned store. One cart down the each isle is all that can fit. And theres only three short ones. So its only good in a pinch. I drive over an hour to do my regular shopping. Which is a super Wal-Mart. Oh well you have to live with stuff like this when you're out in the sticks.
Bob- How are you feeling? The Quilter- Well you did the best you could in a bad food situation. Just let it go and don't dwell on it. I think journaling is the best!!! I really need to do that. Yes I watch Dr. Phil, doesn't everyone?? LOL... I also like Martha but they come on at the same time here so don't get to much anymore. Only when Dr. Phil is talking about something I'm not interested in. That food show you watch Kathleen D. sounds so good. I don't get that. I do watch daytime t.v. Also like to read and am trying a little bit of sewing on a blanket. But I have to tell you I'm not crazy about that. I did make dolls. Taking a vinyl one and fixing them up and selling them but haven't done that in a while.. Oh my gosh am I just walking through life doing nothing.. Ha Ha.. I seem to piddle allot..Love to garden a bit in the summer and plant flowers in the spring... Now about that bead shop... What a neat thing to find one so near you.... I love your jewlery. You may have to start selling it... fruitloupe- I can't believe how powerful that statement was that you were Sugar Free. Congradulations!!! You're right one day at a time!!! Now for another day... When the weather is bad there is no school. When they start out the year they put so many snow days into account and hope they don't have to add to them because of a bad winter. Then the kids have to make up days. Its kind of like going back in time here. Population 600. Monet-Please don't tell me you put chocolate in Debs cheesecake. Oh my gosh that sounds wonderful.... I'll have to never make that cause I could eat the whole thing... Its so good to be able to crawl back in bed somedays... momof3reds-Didn't get to welcome you yet.... So heres a great big howdy. Welcome aboard...... Jennifer 3FC- Wow lucky you a gym in the basement... I would love that... And roller bladeing, fun fun fun.... Its great to look forward to it.. Anyone could turn into a couch potato in this freezeing weather we've all had.. Its supposed to warm up a tiny bit here. Sure hope so.. linworthlady- Hope all is going well with your houseguests... I don't know where that recipe is your looking for but anything with pecans, butter and splenda must be good.. Gracious- Brr, this weather is too much cold for me... Congrads. on that 4 lbs.... Way to go!!!! Okay think I'll go start a pot of beans... Have a great day everyone, be back later... 213/165.5/130 |
Good Tuesday Morning Ladies
Hey we are having a heat wave today. Going to 45 :flame: At least maybe all this snow and ice will melt. Last night when I got home,DH wanted to walk. I told him to go right ahead w/o me. It was 19 degrees. No way. I had been cold al lday from being the the track and never warmed up. So I did my Firm tape and worked out for 35 minutes. I'm sure tonight I will have to go with him unless it's raining. Nothing going on with me,so on to you. Toni, it is going to be 45 here today so maybe you all are getting some warmer weather too. Hope all that ice thaws soon so you can get out. Quilter, I think I have less resistance to the cold since I have lost wt. I'm cold all the time now. Don't worry about your lunch. Like you said, it's one meal. Plus you didn't even eat too much. Most importanlty is keeping on track and going on. I got a good laugh reading about you carrying those pictures around in your journal. Hey whatever keeps you going. The company I work for (construaction) is doing the renovations to Churchill Downs. So I had to go out for a meeting. If Paul still has the Museum as an account, maybe you could come with him sometime and we could do lunch. No frozen pipes here yet. I'm surprised though since DH keeps the house so cold. I hope to be a chat tonight. Fruit, Congrats on your SF day. I know you can, I know you can. I am so happy that you are so happy today. You are contagious. Have a great SF day. Monet, I really like to Ak-Mak crackers too. Something different from triscuits. Now you hush about getting snow. It's time for Spring! :flower2: Momof3reds, sounds like you are a veteran to this WOE. You have come to the right place for encouragement and support. You did this before so you know you can do it again. This time it will be more fun. Good luck. :lucky: Jennifer, Sounds like you are ready to tackle that exercise. Good for you. You are so right about not getting enough fresh air and sunshine. It sure does improve your mood (not yours -everyones'). Hope you can keep posting. Gracious, Yeah for losing those 4 lbs of water wt. I wish I could do that this week. Deb, Thanks for info on maintaing. I hope to be doing that soon and I already do 5 of those things so I hope I'm on the right track. I refuse to put this wt back on. :s: Have a great day. Be back later. Jackie |
Debilli- Howdy we must have been posting at the same time.. You gave me something to think about.....
