To Start me Off
Monday
I just did 5 miles on the exercise bike. Took me 25 minutes and I was doing anywhere between 10-12 mph.
I am going to do additional exercise throughout the day but thought I would get this one down and I will add as I go!
Add to that: 2 sets of 12 reps with 5 lb weights for triceps
2 sets of 12 reps with 5 lb weights for back

Upped my speed on the treadmill to 3mph, and did 30 minutes at a 3% incline.

Okay, I'm going to try to post my exercise every day. I'm hoping to make myself accountable after missing 2 days last week.
Today I did UBWO. Boy did it feel good! I also did 25 crunches using the stability ball. I really felt those crunches working--then I rolled off the ball on my head!
It's a difficult thing to balance on.

Did my 20 min intervals on the Precor, plus I kicked it up a notch. Wow!
Then I scampered upstairs to do a one hour Pilates class!

Did 20 minutes of intervals on the elliptical. I can't believe I'm gonna say this, but I really missed the exercising when I didn't do it for a couple of days last week.
MEL-Thought it was MY klutz gene with the ball
Guess it's just the ball!
