Only 20 min on the TM, my water fell over all over the TM while I was walking what a mess. I'll try again later if I have time or tomorrow.

Default Monday

Howdy fellow exercisers! Started off the week with 8 miles. 3.5 this morning and 4.5 this evening. A little more than I planned but I'll take it. We got a late start this morning and it was HOT!

Love,
Crystle

Walked 8 min. on my treadmill (could only do 6 yesterday) Due to severe coronary artery disease I have to work myself up slow. My goal is 20 min. Maybe even more.... Its wonderful to see so many people exerciseing.

Does jumping over a 6-foot wall and climbing through a doggie door count? My 5-year old locked us out of the house!

I will be doing my 7-minute sectional progression ab video with hubby tonight, but that will be it for me today.
